The room itself was filthy, hairs on the sheets, appliances dirty on the inside, food left in the fridge, dirt and grime on the doors and walls ,smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke however we contacted the owner and told him our concerns and he graciously refunded us, i was very disappointed in the room but the host was a very nice man and we really appreciated him working with us

Check in was easy. The whole condo was extremely clean and the owner was amazing to deal with. The condo was in a great location, walking distance to every thing.

Owner (Joel) was very responsive to any messages. A bit of an older place, but decent location just a short walk from downtown restaurants, bars and the river walk. Very limited kitchen. Fine to reheat leftovers, but not to cook a meal. Italian restaurant right below the unit had good food. As a heads-up, their courtyard bar is open late, so for better or worse, you’re close to a lot of people having a good time. Overall, an enjoyable weekend.

This property was fantastic—exactly as described and truly right in the heart of downtown Wilmington, could not have been a better location. Convenient parking was also great. Host was very communicative and check in/out was very easy. Would definitely come back for another trip.

Wonderful Spot!

We stopped for only one night, but I wish we would have been able to stay for the week. It was clean, and the size was perfect for my husband and I. The bed was so comfortable and the location could not have been better! Quiet at night and only a few blocks from the River Walk. Will definitely stay again. The only downfall is there isn't an elevator for taking up luggage.

It's the perfect lil place for a couple that wants to visit the historic district of downtown Wilmington. It's very comfy and cozy. Best part was the spiral staircase you can take to get to the roof.

Relaxing in a great spot

Excellent space right in downtown.

The property is a fantastic place to stay while enjoying what Wilmington has to offer. You're about a half-block off of the riverwalk, and can easily walk to dozens of restaurants, bars, shops, and other points of interest. The communication with the property owner was friendly and great. Parking is close and convenient. The rental itself is very clean and has everything you need, including comfy couches, a nice and spacious bed, a nice bathroom, and a well-stocked kitchen area. Highly recommended.

Great location. Only one pot-no fry pans, small pans, foil, plastic wrap, etc. no kitchen towels, very few dishes.
