Fatigué des logements locatifs décevants que vous avez essayé dans le passé? Optez pour des vacances comme il se doit. Relaxation de luxe avec des équipements à gogo, et une vue à mourir!

The Moorings est un assez nouveau complexe construit en 2005 avec des parties communes fraîches et bien entretenus. Ce condominium est un très spacieux de trois chambres trois salle de bain, avec 2000 pieds carrés d'espace de vie. Il est décoré professionnellement, et récemment rénové. Carrelage et des comptoirs en granit accentuent ce condominium de luxe.

La chambre principale est complète avec lit king size et nouveau matelas Simmons de classe mondiale, assurant une merveilleuse nuit de sommeil. Le maître de bain offre un bain à remous jacuzzi pour se détendre après une longue journée d'activité. Levers filtrent à travers les gréements de bateaux amarrés, déversant à travers votre fenêtre pleine vue sur la chambre à coucher. La chambre d'hôtes est spacieuse et confortable, il dispose également d'un lit king size, une nouvelle literie Simmons, et une salle de bain complète ci-joint. La troisième chambre a des lits jumeaux et est décoré avec des couleurs amusantes lumineux, parfait pour les jeunes ou moins jeunes. Il possède également sa propre salle de bain privée, ce qui en fait un havre de paix. Chaque chambre, avec la salle de séjour, contient son lecteur de DVD et la télévision propre à l'argument visionnage gratuit.

La cuisine gastronomique est équipé avec de beaux appareils en acier inoxydable faisant des repas amusant. Sa mise en page ouverte avec salon et salle à manger, permet de stimuler la conversation avec la famille et les invités et vues fascinantes tout en préparant les repas. Vous voulez manger à l'extérieur? Marcher à côté Harbor View Grill et Sushi Bar pour certains des plus beaux fruits de mer sur la côte du Golfe.

Maintenant, pour le fun stuff! L'amarrage est situé à côté de Marina Sportsman à Orange Beach en Alabama, avec vue directe sur Terry Cove et Perdio Pass. Détendez-vous sur votre spacieuse 800 pieds carrés pont tout en regardant les yachts et bateaux de pêche aller et venir. Promenez-vous sur les quais et de vérifier les jours de capture, ou tenter votre propre chance. Juste à l'extérieur de votre porte sont quelques-uns des meilleurs capitaines de bateaux de pêche sur la côte du Golfe. Avoir votre propre bateau? La marina offre un espace de stockage humide ou sèche juste à côté. Apportez vos prises de retour à la copropriété et grill au frais, à droite sur le pont avec votre gril à gaz personnelle. Relaxation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo! It is very pretty, decorated nicely, and provides everything a person needs to reside for a week and cook most anything you would want. The view is spectacular, and the pool was perfect. We occasionally visited the beach, but we found the pool to be just as satisfying. The restaurant next door--Shipp's Harbor Grill, is excellent, and even has a twilight hour (early bird) from 3-6 with some menu items greatly reduced. If you enjoy walking, it's nice to walk around the complex and there are trails not far from the condo. It was an enjoyable week and we have absolutely no complaints.

Thank you for the great review in August. My reviews are very important to my rental status. That being said I would like to ask after such a great review why you only gave me 4 stars. I put a lot of time and effort into my rental program and the more stars I receive the higher up my listing appears in VRBO. Just wondering if there is some little something that needs my attention. Last minute booking, we couldn't have been happier

The place was clean and spacious, very quiet. It's a 95 unit condo building with a small percentage of rental properties, so I was told while there. So the amount of vacationers coming and going like us was limited, and for the time of year, we barely saw anyone else coming and going, and rarely was there other people at the pool, maybe a few others at times. Very very quiet. The unit had plenty of accomodations, bed was comfortable, balcony has a nice natural gas grill that we used a few times. The dock was nice and we fished off it a few times. Never thought we'd catch a stingray, but we caught a few! The property manager was readily available and easy to communicate with. We would stay again!

Perfect in Every Way

This apartment/condo surpassed our expectations… beautifully decorated yet comfortably furnished with a view of the harbor that we enjoyed from the living area and balcony. Our host, Darlene, was very helpful and responded immediately to the few questions we had about how things worked. We really enjoyed the balcony for viewing the activity in the bay and just visiting with each other while we played cards and snacked. Our family used the pool in the evening to relax when the younger children had ended their day. We always looked forward to coming back to such a beautiful, relaxing “home away from home” when we went out for the day. Thank you, Darlene, for sharing your home with us. We will visit again.

We had a great stay at the Moorings! Condo was very clean and beautiful! Kids loved the pool and we were able to fish from the pier. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was wonderful and a cable TV in each room was a bonus! There was plenty of room. Lovely view from the balcony. We would definitely stay again.

Darlene was great to deal with, we had an issue with the refrigerator and she was on the problem very quickly. Property was clean, we all loved the pool. Condo has everything one needs for their stay.

Beyond expectations!

Owner allowed us an extra night due to my daughter in law and daughter having a car accident and being in ER til 3am- I called and asked if we could stay another day to rest up for our 12 hour drive home & she did not hesitate and actually checked on my girls once we headed home. I told her we are already planning our family vacation for next summer. 5 Stars from all of us!

Wonderful views!

This condo was a perfect fit for our family. The second floor view was perfect. We watched the boats come and go and could hear the birds as they flew over the water. All the bedrooms had their own bathroom which was great. It was a 8-10 minute drive to the beach access points. We fished at The Pass daily and had great luck. Gouper and Blue fish. The kitchen had all that we needed. Outside furniture was comfy. The owner was very responsive to questions I had prior to arrival. We will definitely return to the unit 208. :)

Great place

The property was great, and the owner was great. The complex itself has some full time owner/occupants who seem a little "anti-renter" and not only ask if you are a renter, but tend to make it uncomfortable for you if you are a "renter" which is unfortunate because it is a nice place and I think they could be more welcoming and friendly.

Family Retreat

The unit was found to be exactly as depicted on the website. It was modern, comfortable, with a beautiful decor. The view from the balcony is quite stunning. The kitchen is equipped with all the usual accessories from home. Our stay was enjoyed by all. Hope to see you next year.

We thought the condo was very nice and the view of the boats and bay and it was not that far from restaurants, grocery stores and the beach. Perhaps you provided this information but we were confused on using the television remotes, batteries we replaced because of the TV said lower power. We did not know exactly where to deposit trash but finally figured it out.

A Fantastic Family Vacation

While many families are fortunate to take yearly vacations, such an opportunity is rare for our family of seven. That being the case, it is important to us for such opportunities to be both special and rememberable times for our children. Our time spent in The Moorings 208 at Orange Beach was just what we desired! Upon arrival, we had a little delay as there was a miscommunication regarding entry codes. This may well have been our fault being first time VBRO users, but the issue was quickly resolved by the property owner and VBRO. Driving through the gate it was evident that the facility grounds were very well kept. Entering the condominium, we literally shot a short video to allow our family at home to see the beauty. From furniture, to decor, to cleanliness, the accommodations were extremely nice yet very welcoming. Then you get to the deck to look down over the inviting zero entry pool and looking out over the yachts to the islands in the bay. We enjoyed swimming in the pool, fishing off the docks, walking to a restaurant, and only a short drive takes you to your choice of multiple picturesque beaches. It truly was a fantastic family vacation. One that was both special, rememberable, and we would highly recommend!

I am a Pharmacist in southwest Alabama. My family and I have always loved the water and we are drawn to it every chance we get, whether it be at our cabin on Lake Jordan or The Moorings at Orange Beach fishing and water sports are our escape from the 'every day grind'.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We chose The Moorings because of the peaceful atmosphere and the views. We enjoy the beach for a while, and we always make the short trip to the public beach to put our feet in the sand and play in the waves, but when we are ready to relax the bay is the place for us. We love walking along the docks talking to the boat captains and watching the boats come in with there catch. The pool is as nice as you will find anywhere ( which is where the kids spend most of there time anyway no matter where we stay). To me the Moorings has it all.

We enjoy the workout room and sauna at The Moorings. Shopping and dining are close at hand. Only a few short minutes to the beach. Did I mention the VIEW?
