On 2 1/2 Acre Farmette With A Newer 2 1/2 Story House Out Back On The Property Is Where The Owners Live, A 2 Story Older Farm House Built In The early 1900's (The Pine Hill Getaway) 1 Car Garage & (2 Car Garage W/2 Bedroom Cottage) 1 Horse Barn/Shop With 3 Horses, A Small Building With Dogs And Twenty Plus Chickens, A Carriage Barn, A Meadow For Horses And A Seperate Meadow For Chickens. On Top Of The 2 Car Garage Is A Small Unique 2 Bedroom Guest House (Paradise Guest Home) We Do Not Serve Breakfast Or Clean The Pine Hill Getaway Or The Paradise Guest Home On A Sunday. (The Pine Hill Getaway All Bedrooms Are on 2nd Floor)

It was the cleanest vrbo we had ever stayed in. It was nice that the host introduced herself and had meals to sell if we didn't want to cook oe go out.

Excellent location. We were close to everything we wanted to do. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood. We met the host family and were very impressed with them. The house was clean and comfortable!

This was a great place for our family to stay for a weekend in Lancaster County. We had tickets to see the show at the Sight & Sound Theater, and this was a fantastic location -- less than 10 minutes away. We didn't spend a ton of time at the house, but we were very comfortable when we were there. We hadn't realized that there wasn't a TV, but honestly, it was GREAT to have a break from that!! The host reached out via phone on our drive there to let us know about their offer to make Amish dinners for us the next night, and we wished we'd known about that beforehand because we definitely would have taken her up on that had we not already had plans to meet up with other family members at Shady Maple Smorgasbord. We wish we could have taken advantage of the offer for an Amish breakfast and pony rides, too. The driveway is a little tricky to get out of, but the road isn't busy, so it wasn't too bad. We enjoyed hearing the horses & buggies going by through our stay. Another unexpected bonus was that there was an EV charging station a 5-minute walk away, so my husband parked our Ford Lightning there overnight the two nights we were there (it was a slow charging station at Paradise Energy Solutions, very affordable). We'd definitely stay at this home again if we were to return to the area.

This was our third stay in this beautiful home. The house is well appointed and spotlessly clean. The hosts are friendly and helpful. As this is Amish owned there is no TV but we came to enjoy our time with friends so no TV is no concern. We will stay here again!

Property was in a great location, and hosts were responsive and very nice. House was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had all the necessities for our stay. The front bedrooms do have road noise which made it a little hard for me to sleep but the back bedrooms didn't hear the noise. Overall a great stay.

This property was very clean and beds were comfortable. The queen beds seemed to be closer in size to double beds, though. And others should know that there is no tv in the house. We enjoyed our stay there.

Home was lovely! Comfortable and clean. Easy to reach our planned activities. Only negative is a limited stocked kitchen if one was planning to cook meals. We only had breakfast there so it was not an issue for us.We met Sarah and her daughter who were very nice.

Ladies trip to see Noah

We really enjoyed the comfortable accommodations—everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The home had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The hosts were friendly and responsive, which made the experience even better.The only thing to be aware of is that Route 30 is nearby, and the traffic noise can be noticeable, especially at night. It didn’t take away from our visit, but light sleepers might want to bring a sound machine or earplugs just in case.Overall, a lovely stay—we’d be happy to return!

Excellent location and very clean!

Centrally located to many attractions, shopping and restaurants! The home was very clean and neat. All the essentials provided with the option of home cooked meals. Could use hand towels and wash cloths for the bathrooms. Coffee maker for brewing and k-cups is a nice addition! Loved our stay, and great place for families!!
