This is a great home! The host greeted us, she had a pie in the freezer for us, and cold water in refrigerator. The house is lovely, very clean, roomy, nicely decorated, and well stocked. It is also in an excellent location to many restaurants and shopping areas.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was spotless when we arrived. Lots of linens and towels to use. The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. WiFi worked well. The back yard is beautifully maintained. There were many outdoor toys and some indoor toys for small children that our grandkids enjoyed during our visit. Our group had three cars; parking was no issue at all. A couple of details about the home. First, air conditioning was two large mini-split units (one on each floor) with supplemental window units in the bedrooms. Second, the kitchen is well stocked with cooking pans and utensils, plates and cups, small appliances (microwave, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig machine, stand mixer), but no dishwasher. We were six adults and three toddlers, and there was plenty of room for all of us. Anna our host checked to see if we were comfortable. We would definitely return.

This was a near perfect stay! It is such a wonderful place and Anna is such a blessing. You have the best of two worlds here, out back you have a beautiful scenery of the country with the corn fields and a nice lane for walking. Out front you have the city view with houses and traffic but still quiet. It is close to most anything that you need and only minutes from the Sight and Sound Theater. At first we were a little disappointed that there wasn't a pool, but it didn't take away from our enjoyment of the place. You can't go wrong with a stay here and we look forward to our next visit.

Quiet and Comfortable

Anna's home is spacious and there was enough room for our group of 10. The house is close to Lancaster places of interest and shopping. If you just want to hang out, the deck and yard are the perfect place and so peaceful. Anna was such a pleasure and I would highly recommend her place. Looking forward to doing a ladies long weekend with my friends in the future.

Clean, convenient, and comfortable

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at this location. It’s beginning to feel like our home away from home. We can’t imagine a more convenient location when staying in Lancaster County. It’s central to all the points of interest. Plenty of room with comfortable bedrooms, fully functional kitchen, and a nice back deck with a lovely view. Anna, the host, is wonderful.

Great location and great property

Very clean, no issues with check-in, close to food and shopping options. The only issue was once we checked-in, there was a sheet of rules, which included one stating no alcohol allowed on the property, but that was not listed anywhere in the VRBO listing. Not an issue with our stay, but this could be a problem. I would consider the info on the VRBO site to be the contract, and not a note left for you after check-in.

All around great home for Lancaster visit!

This property has so many advantages to make a Lancaster visit enjoyable. The host is amazing, the home is roomy, super clean, well-stocked, comfortable, well maintained, and conveniently located to many of The Lancaster County activities and attractions. Relaxing in Ronks

We enjoyed our stay at this property and will return should we find ourselves visiting Lancaster in the future. The house and grounds are well taken care of by the gracious owner - Anna Lapp, who made us feel welcomed and provided timely communications leading up to and during our stay. (We had some questions as this was our first VRBO experience
) The location provided a clean, quiet and relaxing environment, and yet is in close proximity to the local shops, country scenery and other activities. We found that every amenity we needed was provided (the spectrum of kitchen tools was amazing), and having a bathroom and two bedrooms in two different areas of the house makes it great for a multi-family group. Thank you Anna. We truly appreciated the opportunity to stay as it provided us much quality family time.

Wonderful location!

This was our third time staying here. It's a lovely, cozy, clean home close to all the attractions in the area - Sight & Sound Theater, Strasburg Railroad, Shady Maple, and so many terrific farm stands with delicious ice cream and homemade treats nearby. There is so much to do and see in the area. Anna is a great host! The house has two bedrooms downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. Both floors have a bathroom. It's a great place to stay, especially if there are elderly members in your party who have difficulty climbing stairs.

Amish Getaway

We had a very pleasant day at this location. House had everything you could possibly need. There was more room than necessary and we were a family of 11 people. The host was a very gracious lady also. I recommend Anna Lapp and her house to anyone who wishes to stay in Lancaster Pennsylvania

Better then our expectations

Lovely home, lovely property, lovely host. The home looks just like the pictures. The backyard is very nice and well manicured. The house has everything you need except there is no television. The beds were comfy, the AC worked great. The location is great, close to all the attractions, restaurants, and shopping. We would definitely stay there again.
