Cleanliness issues

The house was laid out just as described. The first impression is that it is a very nice home. It is in a pleasant neighborhood and we felt very safe in our coming and going. However, the first thing I noticed were the path lights which were laying on the sidewalk or in the yard rather than where they were meant to be. I suspected neighborhood vandalism, possibly by kids. Once inside, there were some problems with the home. We found several lights that were out - the master bathroom and laundry room specifically. The walls were noticeably dirty with mucus (what appeared to be picked and tossed snot) and dirt, there were many stains on the carpeted area and it was crusted as though it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. ALL of the bedding was dirty with what can be assumed was pet hair and had to be washed when we arrived due to the severe animal allergies of several family members. Bath towels were left on the counter tops in the bathrooms and there was no where to hang hand towels or bath towels in any bathroom. We are a large family of 9 and found the lack of cookware and dishware disturbing. We ultimately purchased a toaster, large cooking pot and a good fry pan, among other dishware, which we brought home with us.Our family had a great time in Las Vegas and we are glad we had a home to return to each day rather than a hotel. We just wish it had been cleaner and better stocked to accommodate such a large family.

Grate value

The home was in a great location for us. The rental rate was well worth it, and just as described on the page. There is plenty of natural light, which is great in the day, not so much in the morning. The downside side is the house is too bright for those sleeping in the living room. So my only suggestion is darker or blackout curtains.

Clean house very nice neighborhood

The home is exceptionally clean, and the neighbors are extremely nice. Me and my wife stayed there for a long period of time. The only thing the house was missing was a possible dresser for clothes in the primary bedroom. Ample room and shade for our dogs outside. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Las Vegas area, whether it is long or short term

My Go To Home

We were out there for a mini motorcycle ride so access to the garage really gave us the security not only to store our bikes but getting there and unloading all our belongings especially with my toddler made unpacking much easier and convenient allowing me to keep an eye on my child. I also was allowed to bring my little dog a beautiful safe, smoke friendly, backyard allowed my pooch to roam and lots of shade to keep her cool. The place is always clean and has toilet paper available and towels. The best part is a nice set of washer and dryers. Just a beautiful home that really gives the comfort of feeling "At Home." The property is so close to big name stores. Especially walmart for all those forgotten items or breakfast items to make at home. Also there are so many options to eat in the area and an easy straight drive to the strip. And let me tell you about the awesome mountain view, jist stunning. Everytime i go to Vegas I make sure this is the House im getting. Mrs. Summer Silva is great with Communiating and answering all my questions with quick responses. BOOK NOW!!!

A MUST stay in Vegas

It’s my second time staying at this house and it’s definitely my favorite place to stay in Las Vegas, it’s a big house in a quiet area, very spacious and have various markets and stores near by, Jimmy is very friendly and the check in is pretty smooth! My family and I enjoy this house, only 20-25 min away from the Vegas Stip, everything was clean and very organize, I definitely recommend this place and obviously I’ll stay again here :)

I really enjoyed this property, It was in a pretty nice neighborhood. The house was clean and had enough room for 5 adults to spread out. The location wasn't too bad if you didn't get stuck in traffic at night. I would totally stay here again if we a long weekend.

Very nice stay !

Property was very nice! Very clean and spacious! There wasn’t any knife , and not that many pots and pans for cooking . Other then that we loved the stay ! Felt like I was at home .

Appliance nightmare !!

My family recently stayed at this property for almost a week. We planned to cook and eat together. The oven, dishwasher, and garbage disposal did NOT work! We reached out to the owner and received a very slow response. The owner made NO attempt to fix or remedy the situation. We didn't even receive an apology. At the end of stay we asked for a SLIGHT discount. We received no response.

Great experience overall

Nice property, plenty of room and tv’s in most rooms, there were no chef knives so cooling was a bit more difficult but everything was great overall
