Don’t let our lack of reviews scare you off. We have been renting our beautiful property for ten years. All of our reviews except one were 5 star. Upon retiring this last year, VRBO would not allow an email name change from work to personal email account so we had to completely start over with a new VRBO account. They would not even transfer all our wonderful reviews over to the new account. They do this to avoid fraud of someone pirating another person’s property. Oh well :)

There are very few hosts on Grand Lake who have been taking care of guests as long as we have.

Our home is extremely well stocked with most anything you would need during your visit. Cooking pans, utensils and dishes for a large group. Our mattresses are pillow top and one of our guest's favorite amenities. We have a fire pit in the back yard and sitting area on the front overlooking the ponds and streams down to the lake. Many kids have caught their first fish in our ponds. We supply corn hole game, multiple board games etc. If you have an older family member or physical ailment or kids that aren't ready for stairs this rambling ranch is perfect for you. Nice yard for kids to play in as well as a large hot tub with multiple seats with different pressure point jets. No need to overpack. A wonderful Reasor's grocery store, Dollar General, Hardware stores and multiple restaurants are 1/3 mile from the property. The community pool is perfect for kids who don't want to get in the lake. Welcome to bring bikes or scooters as well. We are flexible on check in and checkout times if we don’t have guests arriving or leaving same day.

Parking accommodates six sedan size vehicles or four large. Prior arrangements required for additional parking which is only by availability. No RV’s

It was wonderful, fantastic kitchen, well stocked; beautifully appointed furnishing perfect for large family.Plenty of dining seating and place settings. Comfy family room big room comfy seatings. Nice big hot tubFishing ponds were wonderful. Kids loved them.Pool is a commmunity pool, small 12 x 35 and only 3.5 ft deep and very cold

Grand Lake on the 4th

We loved the home & it's amenties. A true home away from hom feel. We would have liked a boat slip but were able to make it work.

This house is perfect for a gathering!!

We had a fantastic stay while attending the High School Bass Fishing Nationals in Grove. The distance was just close enough for the tournament and to the lake. We were a party of 12 and the house was beautiful and perfect for all of us! The amenities were spot on. They had everything we needed. The communication was excellent. The neighborhood is so beautiful. There was lots of things to keep the teenagers occupied... cornhole, the hot tub, the pool, the pond... highly recommend.

Excellent house and area

We are grandparents who vacation in the summer with our children and grandchildren (now ages 7 to 16). We've vacationed in the Grand Lake area many times. This is the best house we've ever been to. The online pictures are exactly as nice as it is. The area is beautiful, the fishing ponds were a big hit with the youngest catching over 75 fish together, the boat slips are within easy walking distance, the pool was a great end to the day, along with the fire pit for s'mores. I highly recommend this home for your Grand Lake vacation.

Fun in the Sun

We were a party of 12 (4 adults, 8 kids aged 11- 18mo) and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house is very well stocked from pool towels, to fishing poles, to everything you could ever need in the kitchen. Every day was spent on the lake and we enjoyed the direct access, pool time in the evening and the hot tub at night. Cant wait to book our next stay!

Carter Clan summer Retreat

This was a fantastic home and the host goes above and beyond to provide everything you could possibly need. The kids (young and old) loved going across the street to fish and no one cared what size they caught, even competing for the smallest catch. We had a Cornhole tournament, other game challenges, loved hitting the hot tub after busy day boating or playing hard. I would recommend this to any group looking for a perfect get away on Grand Lake.

You will find our home very comfortable and relaxing. We have a beautiful view off the front patios of the community interior ponds down to the lake. Our home is perfect year round as we provide many entertainment opportunities with board games etc.

Why us? We try to be flexible with our guests and are always just a phone call or text away to answer any questions. Our previous guests are always complimenting how well the house is stocked with everything they needed. We even provide a shower seat if you have an elderly family member that feels more comfortable with one. It's the little things that make a difference.
