This beautiful custom home has a spacious layout for families, and takes in a Breathtaking view of the Apalachicola Bay. The home has a modern kitchen with most accessories that any family should need. A private master on the south side of the house with Large walk-in shower, and 3 additional bedrooms on the Northside of the home provide plenty of sleeping capacity and space for most families.

You`re host will be available by text or phone for any questions or emergencies and maintenance is available for any needs on the property.
Very quiet and safe, Well established neighborhood lined with live oak trees. Just seconds away from the bridge that takes you over to St. George Island.
- Guests must be at least 24 years of age to book and upload a valid Gov`t ID.
- Mature and well behaved Dogs will be considered and you must contact the host about them prior to booking. Then there will be a $100 pet fee PER DOG. (2 dogs max)
- No cats allowed, no exceptions.
- No parties or amplified music.
- Vaping or smoking of any kind, is ONLY ALLOWED OUTDOORS. There will be a $500 fine if there is any evidence that this has occurred in the home.
- Please ask the host permission before any professional photography or filming takes place at the property.
- Keep an eye on Young Children near the pool and koi pond and do not let them throw objects into the pool or pond.
- Koi food will be left to feed the fish once per day. :)
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times on the DOCK at all times.
- Guests are not allowed on the upper deck of the dock and do not remove the covering from the stairs.
- If anything is unsatisfactory at the house during your stay. Cleanliness, maintenance needs, etc...We reserve the right to take care of this for you during your stay within 24 hrs of the initial communication.
