Cozy Lake Sunapee House With Lake View

Located in the relaxing and centrally located Blodgett Landing community, this cozy 4 season home is minutes from any activity the region has to offer. Mt. Sunapee and it’s year round activities are less than 10 minutes away, a public dock with beach access is a simple stroll down the street, and a boat launch is located at the end of the landing.

This lake and mountain getaway offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The bedrooms have a queen size, full size, and two twin size beds respectively. The living room and kitchen are spacious and have an open floor plan to relax in after a long day on the slopes, hikes on local trails, or a day on the water. The large porch provides sunset water views of the lake, and another stroll down to the dock will provide some of the most breathtaking sunsets you will ever see, with Mt. Sunapee serving as a spectacular backdrop.

Regardless of which activity you enjoy in the Lake Sunapee region, this home provides you with the relaxation and convenience to experience it all!

The property is available for seasonal renting starting from October, 2023 until May, 2024. The monthly rent is about $2500.

House was nice and suited our guest size well. Short walk to beach and dock - great for the kids. Porch big enough to seat 15 people for dinner. Community very friendly and quiet. Only down side was the heat and humidity but no control over that.

Family stay in Blogget landing.

Our family went for a funeral and work to assist our family. The houses was a wonderful respite for all of us. The house, Location and lake were magical. Thank you. We would love to come again under better circumstance.

Generally satisfied with two comments for improvement.

Property was nice, had a view of the lake, if anything the pictures did not do it justice. More spacious than it appears in the picture. Two suggestions for improvement. 1. Guests should not have to turn on the heating system. Maintenance or cleaning staff should do that. 2. The appliances need attention. Fridge light is out, dishwasher falls out when you open the door, and the microwave grill falls off regularly

The Ideal location

This is a very comfy, family friendly place to stay. The home sleep 6 adults comfortably. The two full baths helped out a lot since we had an almost full house. I appreciated the large kitchen/living room space and large front deck, really perfect for family gathering. We would definitely book again!

Great little house minutes from Lake Sunapee!

This is a great location convenient to a dock for sunning, swimming, and jumping! My kids loved it. In addition the sunsets from the dock are AMAZING! The house is very open and roomy and comes very well equipped! Close by is a much larger beach at Sunapee State Park where you can pay to park but there is a snack shack, bath house, air pumps for floats, etc. We ende3d up going there two separate days and had a blast as well. Andrew was very communicative and check in and out was a breeze. I would highly recommend this rental for a family as my kids are still talking about it!

Adorable cottage in a perfect locafion!

This house was everything we needed and more. 90 second walk to ths “big dock” where you can swim and dig in the sand. The 3 bedroom house was plenty big for my family of 4. The covered front porch was the perfect place for every enjoying dinner, coffee in the morning and watching an epic thunder storm! We will absolutely rent again in the future!

Home was clean and comfortable with lovely lake views from the porch. Very quiet neighborhood. On the first morning we discovered that the coffee pot did not work. Property owners were very responsive to the problem and a new pot arrived that afternoon. Overall wonderful experience.

Excellent Lake Location!

"Whispering Winds" was a very cozy and comfortable home for our family getaway. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bath was perfect. The lake is a quick walk down Post Office St. There is a dock to watch the sunset along with other locals. There are stairs that lead down to the sandy bottom of the lake for easy swimming access. The house was also very clean and had a washer and dryer. Andy is a wonderful host!

Perfect location for a great getaway

We loved the location of this house. Two blocks from the shared dock and beach. Spacious for our family of five and had everything we needed and more. The front porch is where it is at. Andy was super responsive and it's a great community/neighborhood to be in. We're frequent visitors to the Lake Sunapee area but this was the first time we had stayed in Blodgett Landing.
