It was a little colder than expected, so it was really nice to have a heated pool. Our host were communicative and helpful. The location was perfect for Tampa in Clearwater experiences.

Lovely house

This is our second year staying here and it did not disappoint. We had a small issue come up and the manager was quick to respond and get everything fixed. We will book again for next year.

Palm harbor Getaway!

Great location in palm harbor. Not too far from Beaches or Downtown Tampa. Quiet Neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Cozy home with just about all the necessities. My family of 3 adults and 3 children enjoyed this stay. The main attraction for us was the enclosed heated pool and entertainment area.

Just perfect paradise!

This house is amazing! It was perfect in every way.. first of all it was so so clean! Fully equipped with everything you could need.. beautifully furnished..great neighborhood and the pool was amazing!! The outside patio was so relaxing and quiet.. felt at home.. you won’t be sorry if you rent this gorgeous home.. loved it!

Thanksgiving Get a Way

Our family truly enjoyed Palm Harbor Paradise (the name says it all). The home is spacious and comfortable. We all enjoyed swimming in the pool (heated), going to the beach, Lowry Zoo and to a TB Lightning game. There were plenty of towels (for 6 adults), cookware and seating. Cannot say enough about our relaxing, wonderful 2024 Thanksgiving!!!!!

Fantastic house and location!

We loved this property! The house was just excellent. Plenty of room. So comfortable and homey, tastefully decorated and everything you need. Coffee by the pool in the morning, nicely treed and birds singing. An evening swim before bed. The location is wonderful - a quiet, residential area. Handy to Dunedin and to the beach. Groceries just minutes away. Tina, the co-host, was fabulous! We had just a small issue with the coffee maker. A new one was delivered and all set up when we returned from our day. We would definitely stay again!

Winter in FL

This house was extremely clean. It was well stocked with items in the kitchen etc. The heated pool was actually truly heated! We were able to enjoy the outside area right from the beginning. The master bedroom suite is quite large and comfortable. We just had a few glitches during our 3 month stay and I have to say that the response time was amazing! Tina was the contact person and she is great! The location is perfect. The neighborhood is friendly. We just had a lovely 3 months, thank you.

Comfortable house in excellent neighborhood, attentive host

Overall we had a great stay. Beds are super comfortable. Pool is clean and we used every day, Kitchen well equipped. Friendly neighborhood. Lanai overhead screens were filled with debris and when it rains, debris is all over the patio, patio lounge chairs need to be replaced, one is rusted and ripped. The living room and sitting area in the kitchen have small inexpensive chairs and a bench- that are cute but not comfortable. One of the bathrooms is off the kitchen but the door won't stay shut and can't be locked, should be fixed, we had everyone use our bathroom in the master bedroom.

Thank you for letting us know about the few things that were challenging during your stay. We have replaced the lounge chairs, cleaned the pool cage ceiling by the gutters where leaves like to collect and the bathroom door locks and is functional.

Phenomenal!!!!!

This was the absolute best stay! We stayed for a week. The pool is truly HEATED! Comfy beds, the layout was open and inviting. Plenty of space for the 7 of us (4kids / 3adults). Honeymoon Beach is a must see. White sand and warm water. The house met and exceeded ALL of our dreams. We needed extra sheets and with in the hour someone came out to deliver. 10 star service. Husband said: it was nice that everyone had their own spaces. The backup propane was awesome. Teens: Loved the card table and the pool) Kids: THE POOL! And cuddle time. The girls said the pull out bed was very comfortable and the house had good internet. Grandma: liked the convenience of the restroom location. OVERALL: Saving this one as a family favorite for next year!! Zero complaints.

Ladies only

We had a wonderful time at this property and really enjoyed the outside area and pool. My 95 year old mother in law had enough room for her walker to pass through in the kitchen. The beds were really comfortable, the place was super clean, and the neighborhood was quiet and well kept. We will definitely consider the house again for us ladies when we come back to visit a long time friend. We didn't use the couch beds, or really the living room at all, so for us we 5 slept comfortably and had plenty of closet room. Really large closet in Master! There was an extra twin bed we didn't use, so there was still room for another person without using the couches. Probably the cleanest place we've stayed in.

It was our 2nd time staying here. We had 7 adult females, so we used the couch bed in living room also. The only issues we had were the very small supply of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods. We had to make another trip to the store the day after we arrived and purchase our own. We stayed 2 years before at the same time of year and don't remember this being an issue then. The hall bath is a "walk through", meaning there are two doors. It's right by the main area with kitchen. It was ok for us since all females, but for couples, maybe not family, I wouldn't like that. The pool guy came in the back one day, unannounced, to put chemicals in the pool and said we would have to stay out of it for 24 hours!! Hey, we were outside with our pjs still on, so we were surprised. However, the site does say he will come, but it would have been nice to have a warning. We asked if he could come another day since we would definitely want to get in the pool and he agreed with no problem. We had a fantastic time at this house.
