Lovely, appartement spacieux dans le centre de Venise,

Dans le centre historique de Venise Ca 'Rio Marin se trouve à seulement deux minutes de Chiesa dei Frari, l'une des plus belles églises de Venise, à seulement dix minutes du pont de Rialto et à quinze minutes de la Piazza San Marco. Il est également trÚs pratique, étant à proximité de la gare et de Piazzale Roma.

Il est également trÚs proche de tous les vaporetto (bateau-bus), taxi et navette aéroport.

L'appartement est situĂ© Ă  proximitĂ© d'un important bĂątiment de Venise, Ca 'Gradenigo, oĂč ils sont nĂ©s certains des Doges, et prĂšs d'un canal appelĂ© Rio Marin.

TrÚs proche de l'appartement, vous trouverez des fruits et légumes, boucherie, fruits et légumes, supermarché (Billa, à Rio Marin), pùtisserie, pharmacie (En Bari), divers restaurants et pizzerias. Nous attendons avec impatience de plus amples informations est nécessaire.

L'appartement est trĂšs confortable, et vous pouvez facilement aller partout Ă  pied. L'appartement est situĂ© dans un cul-de-sac et il est trĂšs calme et reposant. L'appartement dispose de trois Ă©tages: en bas il ya un grand salon avec un canapĂ©-lit double et une salle de bains avec douche, au premier Ă©tage, il ya une chambre de maĂźtre et une salle de bains avec douche, la salle de sĂ©jour avec cuisine et un escalier ouvert que les cĂąbles Ă  la mansarde oĂč il ya deux lits simples usualy appropriĂ©s pour les enfants et les jeunes.

Amazing!

Great staycation in Venezia

Brilliant family or friends group property, 3 seperate sleeping zones over 3 floors, Rita was a superb host, extremely attentive and excellent communications, have been to Venice 6 times and this was one of the best venues

Great Place in Venice!

Had a great time staying here. The house was perfect for us, and the owner was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable, probably the best of the three places we stayed in Italy. I loved the location because it was super easy to get to and from the train station. I would definitely stay here again.

This apartment was fantastic, spacious rooms and was ideal for our family stay.The only thing that was missing was a toaster oven as we would like to have been able to make toast and cook things that require an oven.Also the sitting area only had a small couch.

Awesome location and place

Loved this place, the hosts were so sweet and the place was perfect. One recommendation would be to provide the Google maps location of the restaurant next door as the address since it’s hard to find the actual address on maps.

Great Stay in Venice!

We had 3 adults and 2 children for a short stay in Venice. This apartment was great and the location could not be better. It was centrally located and made getting around to all the sites very easy.

Great place to stay in the heart of Venice

We based ourselves here for a week's holiday and it was the perfect base for a family of four to explore Venice at our own pace. The house was clean and with ample space (3 bedrooms), and conveniently located to enjoy the delights of this magical city. A great find - recommended.

Holiday in Venice

Excellent location of apartment near Piazzale Roma, so easy access to many places of interest, but not too noisy. Apartment was well-equipped and professionally managed by a very friendly host, always quick to reply to messages. Woukd definitely recommend!

Great location near the station

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of room for our family of five. It was well equipped having a microwave and washing machine. Communication with the owner was easy and she gave us plenty of tips and advice to make our stay easy. The location is great, only a few minutes from Santa Lucia station and close to to plenty of shops and restaurants. Short walks to a lot of the main sights too.

Charming apartment, centrally located with all mod cons and comforts.

We loved our stay in this beautiful period property. Our host Rita was most helpful throughout. The property is centrally located near the main tourist thoroughfare, so expect some passing pedestrians in the evenings. Well apportioned rooms and lots of space over three floors.

Authentic old city experience

Great location! Easy to find from train station, excellent directions and easy check-in process. Felt like genuine old city experience with narrow streets, artsy interior, real shutters open to the street below on one side and beautiful interior courtyard on the other, and antique ceiling beams. Host was very helpful and responsive messaging. Although we didn’t spend much time in apartment, it was cozy, comfy and genuine family vibe.

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Venice at this property! It was large and there was plenty of room for us to spread out(me and my husband and three kids 14, 11, and 9). The A/C was much appreciated since we were there in July and the washer was great since we packed light. Very easy to find with the directions given and easy to get to other places in Venice. There were restaurants and grocery stores close. Overall, we had a fantastic time in Venice and would absolutely stay at this property again!

Great. Location

Picked this for its location ... we came in using a bus from the airport which arrives at Piazza Roma ... then walked over a couple small bridge's on the right side of the water and then a half block inland ... but when we left it's a half block to the big bridge and the train is right there along with the water bus loading area .... we only got a 1 day pass as we only stayed 3 nights this trip

Going to Venice? Stay here.

We own three vacation rentals in San Diego, CA. USA and have to tell you my family appreciated the location of this apartment for ease of access to the breezeways and pathways throughout Venice. The owners are very accommodating to your needs. Our flight was delayed and we came in late about 11 and were met for access without any problems. Highly recommended for any length of stay. We booked this apartment almost one year in advance.

Lovely Place

If coming in by train, this is an ideal location. The two large bedrooms have good ac units which worked well. It was quite warm while we were there, so if we wanted to gather in the large kitchen/dinning/living room area, we needed the windows open. This was the only minor inconvenience we had as the mosquitos did come in even without having lights on in the home. It is a somewhat quite area at the end of a street, but yet just a short walk to restraunts, grocery stores, shops and even the gondolas.
