Perfect apartment for families!

Our apartment is called CaMiGio, which means “Michele and Giorgia’s home.” My husband and I love this apartment, and we hope to offer you an unforgettable stay. We love to travel and know how a disappointing location can ruin everything.... We believe in people and enjoy meeting new people from all over the world. We run this apartment more out of passion than for business.
The house has three bedrooms—two double bedrooms and one single bedroom with a second bed— two bathrooms, and a kitchen with a table and six chairs overlooking a small private courtyard—a sort of ground-floor terrace.
The house is located on the first floor of an early 20th-century Venetian-style building. The location is quiet but not far from shops, bars, and restaurants. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, including children.
The apartment features a kitchen equipped with an oven and a washing machine.
We provide guest towels and shower towels, as well as fresh, clean sheets. In the kitchen, you’ll also find salt, sugar, oil, and vinegar, so you won’t need to buy any even for a short stay. The water in Venice is good and safe to drink.
A minimum stay of 3 nights is required, but depending on availability, we can make small exceptions.
CàMiGio is located in the picturesque Santa Croce neighborhood; just a few minutes’ walk from the bustling Campo Santa Margherita, which has become a gathering spot for all young Venetians and non-Venetian students over the past few years. The nearest stop for the waterbus is San Tomà, a perfect crossroads for reaching the Rialto and St. Mark’s.
Please keep in mind that while the house has been renovated, living in Venice means dealing with some humidity, which is why we’ve installed air conditioning and heating in every room, and all windows are equipped with mosquito screens.
Heating is available from November through the end of March and is set to a maximum of 21 degrees.
Upon arrival, you will be asked to present the identification documents of all members of your household. Unregistered guests are not permitted. Please note that Venice has a tourist tax, which since 2018 has been 3 euros per person per night for individuals over the age of 10, for a maximum stay of 5 nights.
