Welcome to paradise! This beautifully updated home with a pool in the heart of Punta Gorda. Enjoy the open space with lots of windows to have sun in every room. An awesome lanai that features a heated pool, outdoor furniture, Barbeque, loungers and more. Inside, all new furniture including leather couches, dining table, new memory foam mattresses.
Extras include, board games, cornhole.
The home is close to downtown, fisherman's village and Pickleplex.

Great place for family gathering!

My siblings and I had a great time at this home. Plenty of space and pool was great. Property manager was very helpful when needed. Beds were comfortable!

Location, Location

Easy drive to all that Punta Gorda and surrounding area has to offer. Huge grocery store 5 minutes away, right next to good Asian takeout place. Quiet (vacant lots on each side), safe. Brand name appliances. Plenty of space. Car port keeps car cool and dry. Great pool heater. Huge TV in living room and one bedroom. Lots of nice towels.

We enjoyed our stay here as it was close to downtown Punta Gorda in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The house on the inside was exceptionally clean and had many great amenities (towels, well stocked kitchen, large flat screen TVs, etc.) There were a few mis-steps. The heated pool was not heated. Shortly before our check in, I was told that if we wanted it warmer than 72 degrees, it was an upcharge. We negotiated a reduced rate but this was not appreciated. The pool itself was not functional when we got there as there must be a leak. This required a hose to refill each day just to keep the water high enough to have the pump and heater work. We wanted to use the outdoor grill but it was in such a poor condition, it would not have been safe to use it to grill food.

Dave You were notified upon booking that if you wanted it heated more than 72 degrees there was a small upcharge. Pool and Barbque works fine for guest before and after you.
