This was our second time staying here. Amazing house with great amenities. Very clean. Great host. Sylvia is spectacular and so accommodating. The perfect place to getaway with family. Multiple entertaining spaces inside and out. The palm trees and tropical landscaping are the perfect touch. We will definitely be back.

Great property, very clean!

Stayed here over the 4th of July holiday. Great place for families or adult couples! Owners were super nice. Place was clean and had all the necessities we needed. Pool was very clean. Pool table was fun. Had lots of seating. Would definitely recommend!

Nautical getaway

This house was a great place for my family to get together and visit. Fully furnished and stocked with cleaning supplies, very clean, and cute nautical decor. Neighborhood was peaceful and the dock was fun to fish off of. Super close to Punta Gorda with lots of shopping and restaurant options. Not super close to any beaches, but tons are within 30 minutes to an hour driving distance. Would definitely stay again!

Great Location and Friendly Hosts

My family gathered for Fathers Day weekend and we had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. We rented a Pontoon boat and were able to dock it outside the home on their canal. Pool was great, used the grill and had some fun games of pool. All in all a super weekend at Mark and Silvia’s home.

Awesome Vacation Rental

We had the most wonderful time. The house was spacious and accommodations were above and beyond our expectations. The whole property is very well kept. We were a party of six adults and throughly enjoyed having the pool and lanai area to relax, play cards and just enjoy the outdoor atmosphere and sunshine. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends.

Wonderful property and Hosts

We recently spent a week at this property and had a fabulous visit. The listing was spot on accurate. The house was well stocked, well cared for, immaculate, and very comfortable to stay in. It was easy to communicate with the hosts. It was also quick to get to from PGD and close to groceries and restaurants, but was also a very quiet neighborhood that was great for talking walks. We didn't want to leave! We will definitely be looking to stay there again on our next visit to the area. Thank you Mark and Sylvia.

Perfection in Port Charlotte

We just spent February at this wonderful home. I do mean home and not house. It had everything we could've possibly wanted. It was very well stocked, clean, well laid out, the pool was sooo warm and the owners could not have been nicer or more helpful. We fell in love with the outdoor space and probably spent 80% of our time out there, eating our meals, reading by the pool while also looking at the canal, I miss it already. The neighborhood is safe, the neighbors are friendly. I could gush on and on but will just end with...you won't be sorry renting!

Wonderful Port Charlotte vacation home

The Home was accurately listed and was Wonderful and Relaxing. Inside was very comfortable and Very well stocked with all the essentials. Two huge TV's in the common areas, one with surround sound. The bathrooms also had heat lamps for your comfort. The pool...Oh the pool was wonderful. Heated to whatever temp you wanted. Beautiful outside landscaping and canal dock area for fishing and relaxing. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We were disappointed that the neighborhood park and beach area was closed for hurricane repairs. The hosts were easy to get in contact with. If we get an opportunity, we will definitely stay here again. It was everything you would imagine a Florida Vacation home would be like.

Canal Home Paradise

The home was amazing in all aspects. From the extremely large pool, the conveniences of having 4 bedrooms, and easy access to the host. The lanai was large and spacious, and along with the pool, it was one of the best spaces in the house. Also, with the house being on a canal, it provided water access very close to Charlotte Harbor. There were also fishing rods, so that you can go fishing. The house was close to everything, like the beach and downtown Port Charlotte. The house was clean and fully stocked. The owners were attentive to our needs and even welcomed us with a bouquet of flowers. All in all, it was an awesome stay and experience. Can’t wait to stay again in the future.

A really nice family vacation

The place was the perfect size for our family. The house backs up to the canals, and there is even a private boat dock. From here we could fish off the dock and moor up our boat. The pool has a perfect view of the canals and the dock and is all right there, and fenced in. That was very helpful since we had a dog with us. It could not have been better. The pool was a huge attraction for us as the water temp was perfectly refreshing for the Fla heat. We spent countless hours by the pool and in the water. It was a very clean and well taken care of place and the owners ensured all amenities were taken care of. They even sent me flowers! The little things matter very much! and it showed !

Such a gen in Port Charlotte

This is a spectacular find. The way the house is laid out is awesome. Even if you had a full house, you would never feel on top of each other. Great for large families. 4 bedrooms. 2 eating spaces. 2 family rooms. A pool table. A jucuzzi tub in one of the bathrooms. The pool area is another amazing spot to hang out. There are 3 seating areas on top of lounge chairs. BBQ. Pool toys and it even has a little fountain at one end of the pool. The landscaping in the back beautiful. It felt very private. Check in was a breeze. The host was very easy to work with and communicated well. We will definitely stay here again if it is available!

More than we deserve

From the moment we made our reservation, the owners were available and willing to answer any questions and take care of anything we needed. We had a great, positive conversation on the phone a few day prior to checking in day and it just felt like the move. Miss. Sylvia and Mr. Mark did a fantastic job with their house. The feeling you get when you walk in the house for the first time is just like you're walking into you're own place. Not to mention the curve appeal. Tje property is well taken care of. The landscape on the front as well as tha back is beautiful. The spacing and open floor concept in the house makes it the ideal place. The pet friendly is a good thing, my buddies dog had a blast looking at the fish from the private dock with a boat lift. Let me tell you something else. Every bathroom was equipped with everything you need, even shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry detergent. Jesus, what else you want? Oh, I got more. The kitchen is fully equipped, new grill by the pool with full propane. Anything you need is within minutes from the house. Listen, there's fishing rods, pool doodles, flotation devices in the garage. I can go on and on and on. The canal behind the house is beautiful, the neighborhood is top notch. We're looking to rent again soon, that's how much we liked it. Can't go wrong. This is a gem. You'll thank me later.

This was our second consecutive February staying at this wonderful home in a great neighborhood. It is well laid out and completely stocked, for a month it feels like ours. We pretend it is! Our favorite part is the outdoor area. We spend the majority of our time there reading, eating our meals, enjoying the warm pool and the view of the canal. The owners are fantastic, available, and responsive to anything and everything. It is dog friendly, the owners even made our pup feel welcomed. If you are looking for a place to recharge your batteries while having all sorts of activities at your fingertips, this is it!

Awesome stay

Hosts were very easy to interact by prompt communications.The place is a good property for a relaxing time! My family rented the space 4 bedroom with 3 couples, 1 baby and one single person. It was a great space, the amenities were awesome and the space was great to entertain our extended family members in during the daytime. Fishing, the pool, and billiards provided many opportunities for fun and the common area is fairly large accommodating us the whole trip. Great location is close to local amenities and the functional kitchen made cooking easy. For a large family or group of adults this place is perfect.
