This is a great beach house for a stay on the Cape. There is a small beach right down the road with relatively calm water and views of the ships going by. The house was very clean on arrival, though you can tell they allow pets from the condition of some furniture (we didn't have any pets with us). It is walking distance to some restaurants, and about a 20 min walk to Main St with lots of shopping and restaurants.

We had a great stay with four adults and two kids. The property is as advertised and in good condition. It is just a few steps from a beach on the bay, and a quick ride up to Main Street and to several nearby beaches and the ferries. It’s a quiet neighborhood that is nice for walks.The home didn’t feel cramped with six people, as the living spaces are sufficient and there is a nice porch that connects to the living room. The upstairs bedrooms also have nice views of the bay.

Beautiful home in a great location, close to everything. House had everything you could need for your visit and was very comfortable. Owner was very responsive to a small issue we had and took care of it right away. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and clean house near beach!

Awesome communication and attentive landlord. Andrea was great. The house was perfect for the 4th of July week, we brought our small dog and she too loved it!

Stunning home and amazing vacation!

We had the most wonderful time at Andrea’s home while we celebrated great friends getting married right down the road. We had 3 couples and it was so perfect - large living room and dining area for meals and hanging out. Highly recommend!

It literally is just steps to the beach, Nice little playground there and bathroom facilities. What you really don't know till you get there is this, it is not a rowdy neighborhood, it is quiet, all the neighbors are so nice and respectful. Not noisy at all! Quiet evenings and mornings spent over coffee or cocktails looking at the view, enjoying the peace and quiet or just watching the ferries go by! Highly recommend! Sunsets are beautiful! There are plenty of beach chairs and even a beach bag to carry towels! Only cautionary tale is to watch the out of town drivers especially around the intersection with the train crossing, absolutely crazy LOL ! We limited our time driving around! Also, Highly recommend the the Ocean House restaurant, one of the best meals I have ever had!

This house is very clean and it is a great location. A very short walk to a small beach. The front porch is awesome. We spent a lot of time on it. I will definitely stay again.

Relaxing vacation

I Still Can’t Say Hyannis Correctly

Such a great location. Quiet neighborhood right next to a neighborhood beach. However, within walking distance of several really nice restaurants and the harbor. We took a drive up through Cape Cod during our stay, but I wish we explored Hyannis more. Very nice property, perfect for a family of four.

We rented this house for girl's cousins trip. And it was perfect: - This area is so nice and quiet, which we were looking for. - It was a 3 minute walk to a really fun restaurant and bar. - It was a 10 minute walk to catch the ferry. - The porch was perfect for evenings!

Good location, spacious, short walk to beach.

The property was in good shape and as the listing showed. Shower in upstairs bath was small but adequate. Lack of full house air conditioning was not an issue. Good proximity to beach, town as well as being mid-cape to allow for easy access to both Provincetown as well as Falmouth areas.

Family Beach Vacation

We had a great stay at Andrea's house. It was very clean and perfect for our needs. There is a small beach 2 houses away, although we drove to Sea Gull Beach, which was lovely. We walked to Tugboats for lunch, and into town for coffee. The ferry to Martha's Vineyard is also walkable. We ate at Bluewater Grille and Anejo Mexican Bistro (ask for an outdoor table), both were delicious. There was only one small issue and Andrea took care of it very quickly. We would definitely recommend Andrea's house, as we would definitely come back.

Excellent location

The location was great! Close to small beach and nice restaurant. It was a wonderful except there was no air conditioning. I was not aware of this when booking. I saw two portable units in two of the bedroom closets. This is a great place but I highly recommend you make sure there is air conditioning in all rooms as nobody slept well with windows open. Other than a lack of air conditioning, I would highly recommend this place.

Hi Terri, Thank you very much for choosing our property. Each room has a portable air conditioner in the closet in case the guest wants to use it. Since your stay was at the beginning of June and the property is very close to the beach with an excellent breeze, we left it up to the guest. You could have sent us a message expressing your discomfort and we would have resolved it on the same day. I really wish you had contacted us, your perfect stay is our priority. I’m a Superhost and communication e customer service is one of my five starts. My sincere apologies.

Clean house great location!

What a charming Cape Cod cottage!! We arrived to a very clean home and had a wonderful long weekend getaway! We were only a short drive to the Island Ferries which we used two days in a row! It was very convenient to have Tugboats restaurant nearby for drinks on the way home! The neighborhood has that quaint New England charm with great a great marina and harbor nearby along with a neighborhood beach! We had the need for a new Iron and that day Andrea not only dropped off a new iron but also a new clothes steamer! Problem solved! Andrea also gave me great activity suggestions prior to my trip! I highly recommend booking this property!
