LAKEWOOD CABINS
A short walk from Big Bear Lake. Guests can enjoy nature with the comfort of modern amenities. Wake up and use the Nespresso machine to make yourself a soothing cup of coffee.

BBQ, fire pit on site, includes a kitchen, ROKU TV, fireplace. Wi-Fi and parking.

Snow Summit is only a 5 min drive. Big Bear Village is 10 min walk. Bear Mountain is a 7 minute drive. Big Bear Marina is 10 min walk.

Check in:
•Check-in time is 3PM – 10PM.
•Free parking is available for our guests. Please follow our manager’s instruction to park your car.
•No pets allowed

During your stay:
•Maximum number of guests:
Four(4) persons for Cabin 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 Two (2) persons for Cabin 1, 2, 3.
•No smoking in the cabin.
•Keep sound at a reasonable level. Quiet time is after 10pm.
•Use caution with porches, stairs, sidewalk, etc., they may be slippery when wet.
•Use common sense when using appliances and tools in the kitchen/kitchenette.
•We provide free Wi-Fi for your convenience. Any form of copyright infringement is prohibited.
•A tip on hot shower. The hot water tank we have is designed for a single person. Please give 30 minutes in between for each person to ensure hot shower.
• If you plan to use the fireplace inside the cabin, We recommend using Duraflame Fire Log. You can buy this at the local grocery store (Vons or Stater bros). it's easy to light up and produces less smoke. Feel free to use the outdoor fire pits in the common area. Regular fire logs would be ok to use here.
•Close all windows and doors when leaving. We are not responsible for valuables left in your guest room, common areas or vehicles.
•Supervise your children at all times.
•The playset is recommended for children age 3-11. Please ask your kids NOT to move the rocks around.

Check out:
•Check-out time is before 11:00 AM. Staying beyond 11:00 AM is considered as staying another night; you will be charged accordingly.
•Please wash all used dishes before you leave.
•Clean out the refrigerator and remove all food items.
•Leave ashes in the fireplace. We do not want you to be responsible for any fires!
•Do not turn off the thermostat. Leave the thermostat set at 50-55°F to avoid the likelihood of pipes freezing. If the thermostat is turned off and the pipes freeze, the tenant will be held responsible for damages.
•For check out, Please leave the key on the coffee table and the front door unlocked. The cleaning crew will arrive after you leave. There is a $10 charge for lost keys.

Convenience to Main Street and skiing. Very comfortable bed and efficient kitchen setup.

Overall our stay was good. The cabin was clean and comfortable. Check in process was easy and convenient. The cabins are located in a nice location a short walk away from the main town. Our only gripe was that there seemed to be some unnecessary costs and expectations. For instance, charged for a cleaning fee, which is totally fine, but then also expected to having everything cleaned ourselves before check out. There was also a charge for property damage insurance which was required to make the booking - not sure what that’s all about, but seems like something the host should have covered..

Everything was great, Jenny was super communicative and helpful. The listing does have inaccurate info about check in (the listing says one thing and Jenny emailed me another and i got confused and called a man that no longer works there). Other than that- all was well! Walking distance to town, easily accessible etc.

The cabin was perfect for us 3! Check in and out was super easy! David was extremely helpful! Parking was right in front of the cabin. Had the two rooms, with a door in between. Pull out sofa and a pull out twin bed. Kitchen was cozy and had everything we needed, including refrigerator, microwave, stove, toaster, & a mini espresso machine. Two bathrooms, which comes in very handy! The fireplace was Amazing! Will definitely book again!

Cute cabin in the woods

The cabin was perfect for the two of us. Great location close to Snow Summit and very close to the Village. It had everything you needed and is in a very quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.
