This newly renovated modern home is a great place to stay with family or friends. Enjoy the spacious living room with open concept kitchen and the entertainment room with a pool table and hookah booth! This home is near plenty of shopping & dining options, 25 minutes from both major airports and 15 minutes from Legacy West.

House Rules:

Occupancy
- Maximum occupancy is 6 guests, with no more than 5 adults.
- No more than 4 unrelated individuals may stay at the property.

Gatherings & Noise
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. During this time, guests may not gather outside, and no
amplified sound should be heard beyond the property line.
- Please control noise levels at all times to avoid disturbing neighbors.

Parking
- Guest parking is available in the driveway only.
- Street parking is not permitted for guests.

Property Guidelines
- Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are not allowed inside or outside of the property.
- Do not place standard trash items in the recycling bin.
- Garbage is collected on Tuesday.
- Place bagged garbage inside the containers and place them near the edge of the alley no earlier than 6
p.m. the night before collection.
- Containers must be returned behind the fence line by 9 a.m. the day after collection.
- Do not hang out in the front yard.
- Do not obstruct the view of security cameras. Doing so will result in automatic cancellation with a fine.
- A warning message will be sent if cameras become inaccessible. If there is no response, a phone call will
be made. Continued lack of response will result in cancellation of the reservation.

There were many broken things in the house. TVs did not work, no washcloths in the bathroom, game room was not very usable no darts for the dartboard, not enough pool balls to play pool on the table. No hairdryer for the bathrooms. Needs a lot of TLC.

The place wasn’t ready by the check-in time. We were not allowed to get in until 8pm. He allowed us to checkout late but we still don’t feel like it made up for the inconvenience.

There was a lot of hair in the master bathroom. The tv didn’t work in the master and the remotes for the second bedroom and the game room the remotes were missing. Was really busy with working so didn’t really feel the the need or desire to complain so maybe the host would of took care of it right away, but overall the place should have been cleaner.

We were very disappointed with the condition of this property. There was a strong smell of Raid throughout the house, and the counters were dirty upon arrival. The mattresses had visible blood stains and appeared soiled, with both human and animal hair on the sheets. The cleanliness did not meet basic health standards.Several cabinets were broken, and overall the home did not match the condition shown in the listing photos. I’m not sure when those pictures were taken.There was no communication prior to arrival. we only received the door code after asking. Once we raised concerns about the condition of the home, communication stopped.After we left Vrbo issued us a credit. I have no reason to write this other than to help future guests avoid the stress we experienced.

Run from this place. The host never sent arrival information prior to check-in. We had to message them after arriving and wait for the entry code.Once inside, it was obvious the home had not been prepared for guests. The refrigerator and freezer were completely nonfunctional, and the A/C had not been turned on despite 90-degree weather outside. After figuring out the thermostat ourselves, we realized there was no air coming from the master bedroom vents at all. Between the broken refrigerator and no A/C in the master bedroom, the house was not livable for our stay. We vacated the premises after an hour of trying to get everything working.We also noticed a damp ceiling in the game room area directly below the master bedroom/bathroom, which raised additional concerns about the condition of the property.The home is clearly not being maintained, and the listing photos appear to be outdated because the actual condition of the house did not match what was advertised. On top of that, we were left scrambling to secure other accommodations while still being charged for this property. VRBO stated they would reimburse replacement lodging costs, but we also lost the OneKey cash we applied toward this booking.Very disappointing experience.

The AC was broken and wires must have been crossed to heat because the temperature inside the house after 10OM was over 90 degrees. The refrigerator was broken and the replacement had no freezer and had standing water and mold in the bottom. It also smelled of big spray all over the house. Left after 4 hours and didn’t return because it was not habitable. Don’t stay here.

Absolutely unlivable!! Bugs everywhere, very dirty and unkept. Pictures are not accurate at all. Broken down refrigerators with black mold. Don’t even consider this dump. Should be on the site. Host stoped communicating once I told her we were not staying and requested a refund.

Good location and price

We chose this property for the location and it served us well. One of the bedrooms is a loft and open to the living room which could have been clearer in the listing. I wouldn’t recommend it if you have kids but for adults it was good.

Great location but needs a little TLC

Great space and location! Clean and fresh when you come in but lacking some details on the remodel. Broken and unfinished things here and there and backyard space needs cleaned up.
