You will enjoy your stay at this fully furnished LUXURY rental! The open concept home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms complete with a washer and dryer. There is an expansive backyard for your enjoyment including a covered patio, BBQ, and fire pit. It is complete with high end furnishings. This home is perfect for families, friends, or anyone really who wants to enjoy Yuma! This wonderful home is in walking distance to numerous restaurants, shops, and nightlife!
The space
This is a newly remodeled home with high end furnishings. Everything is updated from paint, flooring, granite counter tops, and stainless steel kitchen appliances are all new. There is also a great outdoor space to relax. Enjoy a BBQ under the covered patio or around the fire pit.

Yuma for a week

We stayed at the house as our base for a week while visiting friends who spend winters here. It worked really well for us. Having access to the garage to park our rental car was a real perk.

Best VRBO yet!

This is a great property! The house was perfect for our family to be together. Pristine clean, well equipped with plenty of inside and outside space for our group of 6 adults. It's even better than the photos and description with lots of personal touches most rentals don't provide. The location was safe and convenient and our host was very responsive. We highly recommend this rental and would absolutely stay here again.

Short tour of Yuma

We took was short trip to Yuma to check out the area and stayed at Brookes. The house was located close to the Planet Fitness Gym and the grocery stores. The house was clean, well equipped and as described. We liked the space both inside and out. Back yard has a firepit and BBQ, great to enjoy the out doors. Check in was easy and communication.

Our first impression was "Wow, this is nice . . . squeaky clean too". Thank you to Brooke and Amy as they were wonderful Hosts with Excellent communication throughout the process. 60th Anniversary

The house was lovely. The location was perfect as we wanted to be in the foothills close to other family, stores and resturants. Very comfortable with lots of room. Had plenty of sitting room inside and out. Could have used some potholders and extra serving bowls. Loved our stay. Thank you so much.

This home is in a great location. Very easy to access. Had everything we needed. Had an issue with thermostat our first night. Host was very prompt in addressing. Very nice back yard; however, the neighbors have dogs in back yards so you do hear barking.

Beautiful house

Lovely house. Great location and convenient to town and the freeway. A shelf in the shower would be helpful. Having the shampoo, conditioner, and soap on the floor was very inconvenient. Bed was comfortable although too high for me (5'4" tall). The dining room chairs are metal. Very clean.

Amazing!

Came to Arizona visit great grandma and this property was 2 mins away from her. I didn’t look far into the property other than location when booking, however this far exceeded expectations. The overall home is open and all the rooms clean and wonderful. Brought 3 kids age of 4/5 and they loved every min being able run around and I truly can model a future home off the beautiful open kitchen. We had a small fire roast hot dogs for the kids and walked around enjoy the Christmas lights of the neighborhood. I would 10/10 stay here again if we come back to visit. It certainly felt like a home away from home. The luxury of clean towels or even toilet paper available isn’t something for all rental properties was luxury after my many home rentals. Thank you for a beautiful vacation.

Wonderful location

We were in Yuma for a funeral and this home was in a lovely location. The home was beautiful and fully loaded with all sort of necessities. Accurately portrayed in descriptions and pictures.
