The best location in Orlando. Our Studio is completely renovated with a beautiful wooden floor, 2 Queen beds, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen all brand new with everything you need for your stay. Do not miss an incredible vacation in a privileged place. In the heart of International Drive, an area full of restaurants, bars, shopping centers, and many attractions. Very near to Universal Studios, Convention Center, Sea World and a few minutes from Disney.
Washer and dryer are on the 3rd and 4th floor of the building you will be staying at. Each cycle is $ 2.50.
Parking is right outside, no extra charge for parking. Ice machines and vending machines are on in each building.

Responsable to be older than 21 years old.

Great location, canvenient to theme parks, well appointed unit! 2/18-2/24/24

This is a review for the Enclave Suites. Communication with the property owners was extremely quick and informative. The unit itself was renovated and well appointed and very clean. It was also nice to have a balcony. The kitchen was small, it did not have an oven, but that was okay as I did use the toaster oven and I also made meals on the stove top. There were plenty of towels and amenities. There was no can opener or wine opener. However, the owner promptly dropped off a can opener when I requested one. The building itself is on the older side, as the carpets in the hallway and foyer do need to be cleaned and or replaced but that is beyond the owners control. The location is great. 5 minutes to Universal, 15 minutes to Walt Disney World and tons of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The weather was not great-chilly for Florida but did warm up, we did use the indoor pool and the indoor spa. The indoor spa needs updating, the water is suspect and the cement is peeling. We did not use the outdoor pool or the outdoor spa because the temperatures were chilly and windy. The property itself is well maintained. The Market / Restaurant is closed / non existent and there is no restaurant so be aware of that. When I asked the front desk they indicated it had been closed for several months and it doesn't look like it's going to be reopening. I would definitely book this property again.

The 4 Disney Parks are a 18 minute car drive away
Universal Studios and Vulcano Bay Water Park are about 8 minutes away
It’s 10 minutes from Sea World and also 15 minutes from Disney Springs, a small village with tons of restaurants and shops
If you like to shop, Millenia Mall is 9 minutes away and one of the Premium Outlets is 5 minutes away.
If you are not renting a car you could either use Uber/taxi to get to the Parks or you could use the shuttle departing right outside the guest registration area (not free). Fees do apply!
