Welcome to the Park House, where comfort meets fun! This charming single-family home, situated on a double lot, is perfect for families, friends, or anyone looking for a memorable getaway. Just minutes from Brookfield Zoo and local dining, it’s the perfect getaway.

BACKYARD. This is the part of the house where people say “WHOA” when they see it! The fully fenced backyard provides privacy and a space to relax, Hammock, fire pit, grilling area, large pergola with seating and dining areas. Double lot has lots of grass and room for the kids to run and play.

INTERIOR: Our Park street home has been fully remodeled with upgraded kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, and finishes.

KITCHEN: This upgraded kitchen includes a full set of appliances including gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. Fully equipped with everything you’ll need for your vacation like utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, grilling tongs, and basic condiments.

LIVING ROOM: The living room has comfortable seating and a large 55’ smart TV.

MASTER BEDROM: The master bedroom is located on the second floor and it has a queen bed, smart TV, and a large closet. Twin floor mattress in the closet if needed. Full private bathroom is a few steps from the bedroom.

BEDROOM 2: The second bedroom is located on the main floor and it has a full bed, smart TV, and large closet. There is an additional full-sized floor mattress in the closet. Bathroom just steps away in hallway

BEDROOM 3: Third bedroom is located in basement. Queen memory foam mattress and a full sofa bed. This room is ideal for teenagers or kids with full game room,. Low ceiling in basement, please watch head if over 6 feet tall.

GAME ROOM: The game room is located in the basement and it includes a foosball table, board games, and an arcade featuring thousands of your favorite arcade games. Kids will love sleepovers in this room.

LAUNDRY: Washer and dryer are available for your convenience, in basement.

The house and location were excellent, everything was clean and in good condition, the check in process was easy and property host was very helpfull and attentive, very good communication. I will definitely recommend this rental home, our experience was 10 out of ten!

Visit for a Wedding

Our group (2 couples and 2 children) stayed at this location over a long weekend to attend a wedding. The place was nice and perfect for the size of our group. The owner called us the day we were to check-in and even offered to let us check-in hours early. Would recommend and stay again!

Great location and Great House for Kids!

My Dad lives in La Grange, so we were visiting him for a long weekend. We have been looking for a nice house to rent in the area for years but have yet to find one that works for our family. We finally found it!! The house was just a 5-minute drive to downtown La Grange, and the neighborhood was very nice. It was perfect for two adults and two toddlers. We all had our own space, and the kids loved the house. We will absolutely be renting this house again the next time we visit, which is pretty often.

Great for Chicago Marathon Trip!

Great stay! We wanted to stay a little farther out of town since we were with my family and children. It was less than half a mile to the train station that goes directly to Union Station so it was super convenient. Neighborhood was very safe and I was able to run and there were plenty of people in the neighborhood and I felt very safe. We had some personal hiccups in our trip and the hosts were extremely accommodating for our needs. We could not be thankful enough. If we come back to Chicago we would definitely stay here again.

Great house. A++

This was a new listing with zero reviews but I took a chance on it and I'm glad I did. There weren't a lot of photos on the listing (none of the bathrooms) so I was just a bit leery. But I was pleasantly surprised. The entire home has been completely remodeled. It's like walking into a new house. All of the furniture, appliances, flooring etc are new. Everything was clean. Great play area in basement for kids including a 2-player arcade game system and foosball. The owner responded promptly to all messages. The only tiny negative was that he didn't want to give out the access code to the house until the house was cleaned and ready. Just an hour or so before check-in time. When I am travelling it's a bit unsettling to not have the check-in info ahead of time. Left me wondering if I was going to be standing on the doorstep trying to contact the owner. I've also been in the position of a long day of travelling only to arrive with a phone that has a low battery so waiting 'til the last minute to relay the check-in info is not a good idea. But even with that, I wouldn't hesitate to rent this house again.
