Joli bungalow des années 1920 dans le centre-ville du quartier historique de Bend. 237 NW Georgia Ave. Un bloc au sud de Doubletree Inn. Compléter à l'intérieur remodeler l'année derniÚre. Deux rues de la vieille rue McMenamins Francis. Trois pùtés de maisons dans le coeur de la ville. Petite maison de 900 m2 avec 2 chambres à coucher avec 1. 5 salles de bains. Une chambre avec un lit queen et salle de bain complÚte. La deuxiÚme chambre a une couchette pyramidale, X-long single sur une reine avec sa propre salle de bain 1/2. Il y a une porte de poche entre les deux pour que tous puissent utiliser la douche. Il permet à chaque chambre d'avoir accÚs à une salle de bain privée.

Cuisine tueur rénové. Bien équipé. CuisiniÚre à gaz de type professionnel, tiroir chauffant, four micro-ondes intégré, réfrigérateur en acier inoxydable, évier de préparation, lave-vaisselle, comptoirs en granite. S'ouvre dans le salon comme une grande piÚce. Cheminée à gaz avec téléviseur plasma 50 "ci-dessus. Salut vitesse Internet sans fil. 48 "cour arriÚre clÎturée.

Great responsive host! Everything you could ask for in the kitchen, even the knives were sharp. Plenty of towels, toiletries, etc. Nice backyard if you bring a dog. Perfect location in Bend!

This property was perfect for us! It has a great location- easy walking distance to lots of restaurants and breweries as well as the riverfront park. The kitchen and common spaces were beautiful and large and had everything we wanted in terms of cooking equipment, even things like a waffle maker and Ziploc bags that made it easy for us to take leftovers with us. The two bedrooms are large enough and comfortable and well appointed, but not overly spacious. The beds were super comfortable. It was nice to have one and a half bath- they were very new, nice and clean. They also provided extra toiletries if you forgot anything. The owners obviously took great care in appointing the house for renters and we appreciated it. Did I mention the backyard? Super for our pup before we could get him out in the morning. They even had a supply of poop bags available for us. And, even though the house is dog friendly, it certainly didn't smell or have any signs of pet use or pet damage. Again, this was the perfect place for us and we will rent it again next time we're in Bend!

A really awesome place. Hosts were always reachable and super friendly. It had everything we needed and we really appreciated how well stocked it was. Super clean and functional. We enjoyed the patio out front and got to see a deer walk by! Cute quiet neighborhood and walkable close to tons of stuff to do. We had a fantastic stay.

Absolutely loved the location. We walked the beautiful neighborhoods and all around town. So nice not to need a car. House has everything you need!! Grocery nearby. Walked to food and parks each night.

The house could not have been more perfect for us and 2 grandsons. It was very clean and supplied with anything a visitor would need and then some. The owners responded immediately to any inquiries and was extremely helpful. We loved the location as everything was easily accessible. We will definitely return.

Fantastic property that was exactly what we needed with an active toddler. Nice back yard, full washer and dryer, two toilets (if you know, you know ) and a big kitchen for making family breakfasts in. Love how close it is to downtown. Would definitely stay again!

A real gem of a stay

We stayed here four nights, exploring Bend and surrounding areas. The house is excellent. It's a great size for a small group, it's well-maintained and clean, and like others have mentioned it's far and away the best-stocked rental I've ever stayed in. Aside from your own food and drink, it's got everything you need and then some.And you couldn't ask for a better location. A nice, quiet neighborhood with easy walks to cafes, restaurants, a grocery, and parks. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic location for walkability

Quaint bungalow. Superclose to downtown even though it feels quiet and residential. Walk to everywhere including the river park, shops, coffee!

A week in Bend!

We had such a nice time! This bungalow is centrally located and was perfect for our stay. Close to all restaurants, shopping and local attractions, it made our stay very easy. We would book this one again.

Excellent Location

Property was great for our stay in Bend. Walking distance to downtown shopping and restaurants. Easy to find and centrally located for our excursions around the area. House was what you’d expect for a small bungalow.

Great location

My husband and I stayed for a week in July. The location was great. We could walk into downtown just 4 blocks away. Lots of shops and fun restaurants. We were able to listen to live music at a local brewery and another night live music and a festival in a nearby park. The house had everything you would need. We tend to cook a couple dinners in and the kitchen supplied many spices and condiments. Detergent was provided for the wash machine. There was an outside patio, but unfortunately it was too hot to use it. A quick 30 min drive and we were at many beautiful hikes in the mountains. The only thing missing was a couple of beach chairs. We found that they were need when watching live music or swimming at the many lakes. We would stay again.

Loved Our Stay!

We love downtown Bend. With this location you can walk into downtown in a few minutes. Drake Park is about a five minute walk, Old Mill District is about 10 minutes. We bought it for the location and made it a house we love to stay in.
