WELCOME TO Crescent Keyes 701
When arriving at the property you will have plenty of covered parking space in our dedicated parking garage, and will have (2) parking passes waiting on you upstairs for your vehicles. Taking the elevator one of three elevators up to the 7th floor, you will appreciate the ease of use. Our corner of the building has an unobstructed view of the ocean and down ocean boulevard. The sunrises and sunsets are magical!

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
Each bedroom provides comfort and privacy, and coastal-inspired decor. Each bed will be freshly made prior to your arrival, towels and wash cloths are provided as well. Our home is made for families or groups looking to have room to relax and space to sneak away for the quieter moments as well.

Best family vacation

This was our first family vacation with children. Condo was immaculate and perfect for our family. I would definitely stay here again, hopefully soon. Beach was very clean and family friendly.

The condo was very spacious and clean, beds were super comfy, and the access to beach was great! Communication with renters was excellent! We will definitely be staying at this property again!

First time in North Myrtle

The only reason we aren’t leaving 5 stars is because the bathrooms could use a little TLC. The condo has definitely been loved for many years. However, we never had an issues and Arnette is very responsive & helpful! Great spot for close by family activities and lots of restaurants. We had a fantastic view of all the fireworks from the balcony. We’ve never been to North Myrtle and we absolutely loved it!

Perfect for our Family

The entire process of booking and check-in/check-out was seamless. Everything was as advertised and the entire property is well maintained and clean. It was also very secure with passcodes into entrances required. Will stay again!

The beach, the view and the property were lovely. We had a high top wheelchair van, and there was no parking. Evening after communicating with several people I was very displeased with how this was handled. In addition the sober sleeper was filthy, dirty, and broken. The rest of the accommodations were fine.

Needs new mattresses

The building is very well maintained and clean. Unit overall is very nice but beware the mattresses (all of them) incredibly uncomfortable. The kitchen could use a bit more silverware and newer bakeware and pans. I would stay again if there were better mattresses.

Early June stay

Place was neat and clean as expected. Online review very accurate. We could not figure out how to open the ele tonic keypad and no precuse instructions were sent ahead of time. Owner assisted. Bed in small bedroom was a little rough but overall pleased with stay. Very nice unit!
