The condo was fine. Great oceanfront setting. The condo was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Great location.I must have missed the mention of the exterior maintenance being performed on the building in the listing. Not constantly noisy; somewhat distracting. Inconvenient for unloading and loading the car. Also, the parking garage being across the street is inconvenient, though I never had trouble finding parking on the ground floor. Shopping and luggage carts are provided.On the whole, a good place from which to enjoy a stay in North Myrtle Beach.

Beautiful. Spacious and comfortable

My family and I took a mini vacay and found this gem in our search. We were pleasantly surprised at how roomy the condo was for 6 adults and 2 kiddos. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend Saltwater Grande.

I would not recommend this condo for anyone over the age 60. The toilets are the original for when the property was built they are very low and both my husband and I have replacements and were very uncomfortable for the month . He is handicapped and we had to walk from the garage across the street for the first 10 day because the garage under the building we rented was being worked on. For someone with any type of replacement or handicap this condo is not the right place. The appliances were just okay. It took 1/2 an hour for the oven to heat up. The smoke alarm went off when we toasted bread every time. The family pool was closed for 6 days and the lazy river was closed for 10 days. I am sure it has nothing to do with your service but as a former condo owner we were emailed when work was to be done long before they started the work. I should have been contacted about these issues. We had to rotate the mattress to get a good nights sleep. The linens are outdated and worn out. The place needs to be updated. One positive note is the commercial washer and dryer but the negative things outweigh the positive. I also would like to say I have rented the month of April for 13 out of the last 14 years mostly from VRBO and have never been disappointed or had to write a review. I am not sure if I need a more personal experience from now on. It is not the condo to rent for long rentals because the kitchen is poorly equipped.

I do want to address a few of your concerns for future guests. The temporary garage closure and amenity downtime (pool and lazy river) were due to property-wide maintenance managed by the HOA, and unfortunately these schedules are sometimes subject to change without advance notice to owners. That said, I understand how disruptive this can be—especially when accessibility is a concern—and I truly regret the inconvenience it caused during your stay. Regarding the condo itself, I appreciate your comments about comfort and furnishings. Feedback like yours is helpful, and we are currently reviewing updates to improve guest experience, including bedding, linens, and kitchen equipment. I also apologize for the inconvenience with the smoke alarm and appliance performance—these are being addressed. I’m glad you found the washer and dryer to be a positive feature, and I appreciate you highlighting that. Thank you again for your feedback—it helps us continue to improve.

Beach Getaway

The unit was very spacious, clean, and was just as listed. The kitchen was very well stocked with all eating utensils and cookware for meals. We will definitely be visiting this location again.

Condo looked exactly like pictures shown. It was clean upon arrival, check in and check out were both simple processes. The location is convenient. If needed, I would definitely book here again!

Condo was just as described. Well maintained with great furnishings, amenities, and location. All the comforts of home. Management company did a great job of addressing minor issues within the first 24 hours of our stay.

This property was beautiful! Everything was as pictured and described in the listing! The mattresses on the beds were very comfortable. The view and balcony were the best part!! We would definitely rent this property again!!
