Living Room

Directly at the front of the home, you'll find the living area. No doubt you’ll immediately feel right at home. This room gives a sense of relaxation and enjoyment. With comfy seating, a SmartTV, and quick access to the kitchen for some popcorn, you’ll be glad you chose to stay in our wonderful home.

Continuing through the dining room is the kitchen. Here we have all you’ll ever need to whip up a meal for you and your family. In the cabinets, you’ll find utensils, platters, and all other forms of cooking accouterments.

Continuing down to the end of the hallway, on the right is the primary suite. Equipped with a king size bed, and our fresh linens. Here you’ll also have access to the ensuite bathroom ( stand alone tub & shower).

Hall Bathroom
Nearby the two bedrooms before the stairs is the hall bathroom. With a tub/shower combo and extra toiletries and linens provided, guests will be well accommodated.

Upstairs Living Space
At the top of the stairs, there is a second living area with comfy seating and a smart tv (great for the kids!) In addition, you'll find two more bedrooms and a full bathroom!

Furnished with a queen sized bed, this bedroom provides you with clean linens, soft bedding, and all you expect for a pleasant stay and restful night’s sleep.

Back Patio/Backyard
Head back to the kitchen to access the backyard. Fenced-in for your privacy, we’ve also included a patio set for your use. Sit back and catch up with your family and friends over a glass of wine—or three.

Bonus Cottage
The bonus cottage behind the main house is fully equipped to host an additional guest (or two..) There is a living area, small kitchen, bedroom and full bathroom. Great for those looking for a bit more privacy from the rest of the group!

The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.

No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.

You must be 25 years of age or older in order to book one of our homes.

While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.

Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.

No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.

No illegal substances or activities on the premises.

Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.

If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs.

Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.

Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.

If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.
