Your time will primarily be spent outdoors poolside lounging, BBQing and enjoying family time. Whether you are looking for a quick getaway or a long term tenancy, we have an option for you.

The home has a lockbox for entry. The lockbox code will be sent via text on the morning of the reservation. The Welcome Guide in the home will include the information about the home, wifi, trash day, etc. in addition to information about the local area. A contact number is in the book to reach me when needed.

This home is located in a residential neighborhood that is safe and welcoming. We must insist that noise levels are kept at a minimum as the neighbors are full time residents up early for work and school. Close to dining and retail. Hop in the car for a short drive to the gorgeous Manasota Key beaches.

Inspired by Mediterranean design, this stately home is appealing both inside and outside. Sun shines through the glass plated, double doors the home is filled with natural light. Stylish, yet comfortable, furnishings. Your eyes are immediately drawn to the unrestricted view of the pool. Throw open the sliders and the living space expands outdoors. With blue skies and the tranquility of the environment, your time will primarily be enjoyed outdoors. Pina colada in the cup, burgers on the propane grill and Jimmy Buffet over the speaker as you lounge poolside. Space under cover too for those you prefer shade. As the nights cool, the pool can be heated for $20 nightly. The request must be made in advance. The spa is a lovely water feature, but does not warm higher than the pool temperature. The modern kitchen is fully stocked and ready for those with culinary flare. The guest bedrooms sit opposite the master suite for a private stay. Comfortably slumber in the King sized bedding as the soothing sounds of the pool lull to sleep. Strong Wi-Fi and cable television in the living room and master bedroom. After a hard day of play, fill the tub with bubbles and your glass with Vino as relaxation is top priority. Your children will love the bunk bedding in the first guest bedroom and two queens in the rear guest bedroom. Inside laundry room and you are welcome to use the full garage space. There is no doubt that this will become an annual destination spot for your family. The home is cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We will work diligently to accommodate early check in requests, but we want to ensure the home is top notch for your relaxing vacation.



A car is needed. Uber and Lyft are great options for a night out.
