Newly renovated house with heated swimming pool (86F),and jacuzzi( 97F, upon request from 6pm-10pm). Close to the Engelwood Beach,golf course(2 min),restaurants and stores. Nice and quiet neighborhood helping you with relaxing. 4 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, 3 different coffee makers, toaster, blender, beach accessories and bikes to can help you enjoy your vacation time. House is located close to Engelwood Beach(12 min), Manesota Beach(20 min), Boca Grande(20 min), Venice, Port Charlotte. If you want to fly the Sarasota-Brandenton Intrnational Airport is 45 min drive, Firt Myers Airport is 55 min drive. In winter time when temperature are below 55 F*, we can not guarantee the swimming pool will be warm enough.

Beautiful home, super clean. This home has everything you need, missing nothing. Loved the pool and hot tub, loved the beach chairs and wagon. Host was super quick to respond to our questions. Definitely would stay here again.

We loved our stay! The house was perfect & we enjoyed the pool & hot tub. You will not beDisappointed, the house was very clean, and well stocked with everything thing we needed. Safe neighborhood, lots of beach chairs, towels, coolers, umbrellas. Monika answered any questions we had quickly. We will be staying again if in we are in this area.

Our stay at the sunny house.

This was the second year in a row my brother and I stayed at the Sunny house for six weeks. The house is very clean and spacious and has everything you need. The host Monika was fantastic. Any problems we had were taken care of quickly. The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic. We spent most of our time around the pool and relaxed. The pool is real clean and warm and a person comes every week to clean and check it. Lots of good restaurants and golf courses near by. I highly recommended staying at the sunny house and host of the property is fantastic.

NOT WHAT WE PAID FOR BEWARE OF OWNER

WE RENTED THE HOME INCLUDING A POOL AND HOT TUB. THERE WAS NO WHERE IN THE LISTING THAT IT STATED LIMITED HOURS OF USE. I EVEN HAVE TEXT MESSAGES PROVING THAT SHE STATED SHE WOULD TURN ON ANYTIME WE WERE READY. WE ALSO WERE LEFT WITH 6 ROLLS OF TOILET PAPER FOR A FAMILY OF 9 TO STAY FOR 10 DAYS. THE THERMOSTAT WAS NOT ABLE TO GO BELOW 71 DEGREES AND THE HOT TUB WAS KEPT AT 99*NWHEN IT WAS ON. DURRING THE DAY THE HOT TUB WAS KEPT ICE COLD DUE TO BEING OFF. I HAD MADE IT CLEAR THIS WAS THE MAIN REASON FOR RENTING THIS PARTICULAR PLACE. WHEN I COMPLAINED TO VRBO SHE CHANGED THE LISTING TO STATE LIMITED USE OF HOT TUB AND EVEN WITH PROOF VRBO DID NOT HELP MY SITUATION. THEY PROMISED TO FIND ME ANOTHER PLACE TO STAY AND I ENDED UP PAYING FOR ANOTHER RESERVATION TO STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. I WAS NOT COMPENSATED WHAT I WAS PROMISED AND I AM OUT ALOT OF MONEY DUE TO THIS STAY! NEVER AGAIN WOULD I STAY WITH THIS HOST OR BOOK WITH VRBO AFTER THIS!

We are sorry that your stay with at Sunny House was not what you expected. We do not charge additional fee for the jacuzzi but it is not customary for it to be running all day. Most customers enjoy it only during evening hours. If the jacuzzi is working constantly it disrupts the salt water filtration system in the pool. Per your request, we made it available in the morning and evening. The control system works remotely and it froze up while the settings were being adjusted. You did let us know that either it was not reaching the desired temperature (100F) or the jets were not coming on . We did reach out to the company but the repairs were delayed by Easter weekend. We replied to every text and remedied the situation every time. Basic kitchen and bathroom supplies are provided ( 3-5 days) for convenience but the renters are responsible for buying what they need for their stay. We issued a full refund for the shortened booking.
