This is the perfect getaway vacation home when you are visiting the Black Hills!  Located east of Sturgis - between Sturgis and Rapid City, it has great access and has direct access to the ATV trails.  It is located close to the interstate for easy access. Lots of parking, and great amenities make this a wonderful choice whether you are coming to do some sightseeing or join in the many activities the area has to offer.



This 2 level home has been completely remodeled - walk in to the main level with an open floor plan - kitchen, dining area and living room.  There's a walk-out to the deck and patio furniture, 1 full baths, 1 half-bath and 3 bedrooms on the main level.  One with a King bed and 2 with queen size beds.  The lower level has 2 living areas - one with a gas fireplace and the other side with a Foosball table and flat screen TV.  There are Queen size bedrooms, a full bath and a laundry room with washer and dryer.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the whole house and the garage.



The Neighborhood:

This is a great location - between Sturgis and Rapid City. There is a gas station about 1 mile away and it has direct access to the ATV trails from there.



Getting Around:

You can call taxis to get around in this area.



Other Things to Note:

The house has been completely remodeled inside with new flooring, new trim and paint, all new furniture.



This house does allow up to 3 dogs - please let us know if you are bringing dogs. There is a $75 fee per dog.



Interaction with Guests:

We don`t meet our guests but we do communicate through email, text and phone.
