Nice place

The house was very ice and peaceful. It was a little far away from the nearest town though. My son loved fishing off the dock. There was not much phone service, but they did have wi-Fi.

The house was just as described with all the comforts of home- dishes, towels, pots and pans, games, foil, wrap, seasonings... and the washer and dryer and wi fi was a big plus! We enjoyed the quietness. The house was very clean and had nice homey touches in decoration. We went to Ark Encounter, Creation Museum and Kincaid Lake State Park during our stay.

Cozy house

Enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for 2 adults in primary, a single adult in her own room, and a family of 3 in their own room. About 30 minutes or so to the Ark Encounter.

Off the beaten path

We loved the privacy of the house. The drive to the house is beautiful! The bed was comfortable, big kitchen and comfy couch. The screen in porch was perfect for dinner, talking and watching the birds. The host returned my email almost immediately! Highly recommend this place.

Falmouth, KY

Stayed for 9 days for work. Nice property, well off the beaten path. Privacy and quiet is exactly what i was looking for. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Had to extend my stay last minute, and it was not an issue. Will definitely stay again when im back in the area.

Good stay!

Wasn’t crazy about the distance from major places but it was quiet and peaceful. The set up was good! We enjoyed our time around the table together. Do suggest that you have a pizza pan and spatula available;)

Exceeded expectations

The listing photos are accurate, but the property is even more stunning in person, far exceeding our expectations upon arrival. This place is a true gem, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Highly recommended!

Nice Secluded Place

Great getaway for family with basic amenities. My favorite part was morning coffee in screened porch (although there are definitely some holes in the screen so you'll want to use mosquito repellent) overlooking the lake. We were attending a wedding at the conference center at Kincaid Lake State Park and this was a perfect location to gather the family. Just as described 👍

Awesome

It was grate. Right in the middle of nowhere and everywhere at the same time. It had a pound we went fishing and the house has very comfortable beds. There a washer and a dryer and a big screened in court if you need a place to stay this is a very good place to stay the host keeps in contact with you and is a very nice.

We are a family of five, with school aged kids. We have been living in Northern Kentucky since 2020. Previously, we lived in Tucson, AZ for 9 years. The rolling green hills, rivers and lakes, and friendly people have welcomed us here. This Lake House is a second home for us. We have enjoyed introducing our desert-raised kids to the joys of water sports, forest hikes, and fishing.

We and our friends have really enjoyed living/staying in this lake house. We know you will too. It is homey and is a great place to relax and make memories. The screened-in porch is a peaceful place where you can sit back with your coffee and watch the lake and surrounding woods and wildlife. The campfire circle is perfect for hot dogs and smores.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This property is peacefully set by the lake and surrounding forests. You also are able to enjoy the amazing rolling hills of Kentucky as you drive to the house. We have seen plenty of deer, wild turkeys and more as we have driven to and from the property. Our friends have all stopped to take pictures of the panoramic views on the way in and out.
