Beautiful Lakefront Home, Private Dock, Sleeps 16, 12 minutes to Ark Encounter

Welcome to one of the most FABULOUS year-round lakefront homes on Williamstown Lake sitting on roughly 1 acre. Perfect for family gathering or a getaway with friends. 4BR, 3BA, 3 finished levels, 2 car garage, private gated parking on concrete for at least 10 vehicles.


The kitchen connects to a beautiful living room with fireplace and large dining area with a table for 10. The sunroom offers two more dining tables (seating 10), a second living room, and spectacular views of the lake. The lower level offers a family room with fireplace, a large bar for entertaining, a spacious bedroom with 2 Queen beds with bathroom access, and a full laundry room. Two arcade games with over 280 games built in can provide entertainment for both kids and adults as well as the shuffleboard table. The upper loft bedroom is huge with 4 queen beds. The master bedroom is a King bed with full connecting bathroom and jacuzzi tub. Lastly on the main level connecting to the second living room is the last guest room with a Queen bed.


Walk out and enjoy your morning coffee on one of two large decks that offer amazing views of the lake. Enjoy boating, fishing, and swimming in the lake, or roasting marshmallows around the cozy firepit. Your rental includes life jackets and use of a 5 person pedal boat.

Kitchen was well equipped even for young children. House was very clean and quiet, love the three large gathering spaces, entertainment, outdoor furniture, and had nice furniture that was in great condition. Hosts were responsive to questions and let us have our privacy.

This home is amazing! Very accurate description, very clean and a wonderful property over all. We traveled from Mass and our other son and family traveled from Oklahoma and met at the home. The loft bedroom was a huge hit for our grandchildren (10) as they all slept there between the four queen beds and a couple of small cots we brought. There was so much space to spread out and enjoy each others company. Beds were extremely comfortable, and were provided with plenty of linens and towels.Unfortunately, we didn’t have a chance to use the jetted tub or the fire pit, but everything was provided if we did choose too!We loved fishing off the dock, swimming and some collected a couple of shells. Only one minor issue as the keurig didn’t work and we weren’t sure how to use the gas oven as we all have electric (lol, felt silly). I messaged the owners and not only did Nick come out the next morning to show us, but Nancy dropped off a brand new Keurig and a container of brownies. They were both very attentive to our needs and I would highly recommend this home!We did visit the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum which are both very close by. I would also recommend you check out Ella Mae’s Sundaes shop! Thank you so much Nick and Nancy for an unforgettable Cousins Kentucky Adventure

We had a great time! Nancy was very responsive to all my questions and even took time out of her Labor Day weekend to stop by and help us. She was so helpful. The house is in a great location, close to the marina and boat ramp. We brought 2 boats on the trip and there was plenty of space to park. The view was great. The water was a little rough, but to be expected on Labor Day weekend on any lake. The house is very spacious. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to spend time on Williamstown Lake.

We had a great stay here. Plenty of room for our group, and everyone had their own space. We mostly swam off the dock and it was perfect for our young family. Owners were very responsive the whole stay.

This beautiful home was perfect for 3 families who were joining us for a family reunion! It's location on the lake is terrific - on the main channel, so the water is clean and clear. At the same time, the dock design provides a safe swimming area. The dock was well appointed and easily accommodated our pontoon boat. The home is beautiful! So many nice gathering spaces, a very well-appointed kitchen, and bedrooms/baths that were a perfect match with our group (6 adults, two college age kids, and two young children). The drive/parking area was so well-designed and convenient - so much easier than many homes on the lake. The hosts, Nancy and Nick, provided excellent information and instructions and were very responsive/flexible. We found it a delight to book and experience their beautiful home! The location is convenient to the marina, services, and local attractions such as Ark Encounter and the horse parks. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Wonderful house on Williamstown Lake

We gathered four generations of family to stay at this house. With bedrooms on three floors, we were able to spread out and accommodate varying nap times and bed times for young ones while continuing activities for adults. The walk down to the lake is rather steep, so a couple of our adults welcomed an escort for support, but it didn't stop anyone from enjoying the dock and swimming area. The boat lift was a great convenience and allowed quick storage of our boat. We also took advantage of the jet ski landings, so mooring a boat and two jet skis was a breeze. We had plenty of parking. Our hosts were prompt to answer any questions. Highly recommend!!

The way to do Williamstown Lake with a large group!

This was a great rental, inside and out. I’d own it if I could. We spent most of our time on the lake, hanging out at the dock, swimming, and using the pedal boat. The waverunner slip was perfect for our two jet skis. We ate dinners outside on the deck and enjoyed the games in the basement. Everyone slept great which is a true testament to the fun that was had along with comfortable beds. I enjoyed walking each morning in a loop around summer drive and having the free boat launch next door was very convenient. The house is in a busy area on the main channel, but that didn’t really impact our day, we love this lake! Owners were speedy communicators - thank you!

Beautiful home! Our family celebrated our mother's 70th birthday here. The fisherman of the family spent most of their time at the dock! While the children enjoyed paddle boating on the lake. The home is very spacious, beautifully decorated and well stocked with the essentials needed to accommodate our stay. The host was gracious and kind. Our big family unanimously agreed that this property is fantastic!

Celebration of Life

The weekend we spent honoring and celebrating the life of my sister was perfect! We could not have asked for a better setting and the Nancy as our host, this lake house was relaxed and carefree, we couldn’t have drawn it up any better! Thank you Nancy for everything!

Beautiful Lakehouse Property

Absolutely fantastic place for a family getaway! The grounds are well kept and neat, the house is beautiful, and it is well-stocked with everything you might need! The view of the lake is gorgeous too, especially at sunset! 5 star experience, would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful lakefront property

The house is located on the most beautiful, peaceful lake; it was just perfect for our family gathering. The teens and adults truly enjoyed it! There was so much space in the house that we never felt crowded. And the interior is so beautifully decorated. We would LOVE to stay here again! And it’s only 15 minutes from the Ark Encounter. Wonderful trip!!

Ark Encounter and the lake!!!!!

Stayed for 5 nights with 4 of our grandchildren. Great proximity to Ark Encounter. Wonderful home on a small lake. Home is not new, but has been remodeled. Very clean (and I’m OCD clean!), comfortable beds, all amenities. Had a couple of unforeseen issues that homeowners took care of immediately. Communication was always immediate. We would gladly stay in any property owned by Nick & Nancy. Williamstown is very small, so restaurants are limited. Be sure to try Beans (best sausage gravy and biscuits ever) and the great burgers at Hansie Flip Burgers.
