Dreamy Back Yard/Close to Beach and Restaurants

"Let It Beach" is a spacious, three-bedroom home on the east end of 30A in Inlet Beach – within walking distance to the shops at 30Avenue, and a half-mile ride (on one of your 4 complimentary bikes) to Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seacrest and more. The home has been professionally decorated in a fun and beachy vibe that has everything you need for an amazing vacation. "Let It Beach" sleeps 8 people with three bedrooms featuring King, King, Twin/Twin/Twin/Twin plus a pack n' play. All bedrooms have blackout curtains if you want to sleep in on your vacation.

The Space

This light-filled house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood behind the shops at 30Avenue in the heart of Inlet Beach. Guests are ½ mile to beautiful, white-sand beaches, as well as a tons of amazing shops and restaurants. Take a quick five-minute bike ride to the public beach access, or drive to public access with parking at the end of Orange Street. Walk to many great restaurants near the home (Donut Hole, Amici, Amigos, and many more!). You can also step out the front door and explore dozens of miles of trails in the nearby state park system, or bike over to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach.

Our beach home comfortably sleeps 8 people and features a fully stocked kitchen, designer decor, and a dreamy back yard. Enjoy happy hour under string lights in the back yard and snuggle up on ultra-comfortable beds after a long day in the sun. We've tried to think of everything you might need for a wonderful stay on 30A!

-All bedrooms have blackout curtains if you want to sleep in on your vacation.

-Kitchen:• Fully equipped with dishes, glassware, cutlery, mixing bowls, pots and pans. Coffee maker, blender & toaster.

-Smart TVs in living room and all bedrooms with Roku offering access to YouTubeTV, Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Live TV and more. You may also sync additional channels with your personal cable log-in or use the HDMI cable to connect a device. Beach reads, games, and beach toys.

-Beach chairs and four beach cruiser bikes. Seamless self-check-in with Smart Lock

-On-site parking for 2 cars.

-Bath products: Shampoo & conditioner, wash, soap, hair dryer.

-Washer & dryer available for guest to use.

-We welcome furry friends under 30 Lbs with a $150 pet fee.

Perfect family home
My husband and I and our 16 year old daughter and her friend truly enjoyed our stay at Let it Beach! Such a charming beach home that’s beautifully decorated, spacious, very clean and convenient to the beach, restaurants and shops. We loved using the bikes provided and I loved reading each day on the front porch swing. The beds were very comfortable and the house had everything we needed. Inlet Beach public access was a 6 min bike ride or 4 min drive and you could rent beach chairs and umbrellas if you want. We were also able to rent paddle boards for the teens from Mozey’s rentals and they deliver them to you to the beach. One of our favorite restaurants we ate at was the Bay Restaurant. This one was about a 20 minute drive, but well worth it. It had a gorgeous view and delicious food. Breakfast everyday from Canopy Road Cafe, walking distance from the house was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Andrea, we are already planning to come back next spring break.

Relaxing Getaway
This property is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It is spacious and beautifully decorated. Everything needed to relax and enjoy your stay is provided. Shops and food are within walking distance. We went to the beach every day after breakfast. The Inlet public beach access was great for driving. If you want to walk or bike to the beach there is access close to the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay a “Let it Beach” again.

Perfect Stay in 30A
My husband and I had the most perfect vacation at ‘Let it Beach.’ We rode the provided bikes all day, every day, all over the area. Found the best public beach on the edge of rosemary beach, only .6 miles from the house. Sooo many amazing restaurants (Shades and Summer Kitchen were our go-to’s) within a short bike ride/walking distance. The house itself was so nice, very roomy and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked and the master bed was incredible, sound machines in every room were the best touch! The house had a beach tent, cooler, beach chairs…everything you may need for the beach! The neighborhood also has a nice pool we enjoyed! We would definitely rent this home again!

Summer Trip
It was very cozy and suited our needs just fine. We did have a couple of mechanical issues but Andrea w/Perfectly Hosted handled them promptly and professionally. Hats off to her and her company! It’s situated on a quiet street in the back of the community as of right now because they are doing construction. However, there was never any disruption from it. I do recommend this property and Perfectly Hosted.

Wonderful family get together
This was a wonderful family vacation. The original listing showed home on the other side of 98 in maps, so that was a little disappointing. The house was wonderful and in a cute little neighborhood. The house came very well equipped with beach stuff, bikes and everything you need for a great day at the beach. The kitchen also had everything you could need. Overall a great place to stay!!
