The Space:

Welcome to 248 Beach Bike Way: a quiet, relaxing location with a nature trail adjacent to the property and close to the beautiful neighborhood pool. Guests can walk or bike to the nearby shops, restaurants, & events in Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and Seacrest or take the trolley to the beach! This home feels like new, with refreshing upgrades done throughout.



Upon entry to 248 Beach Bike Way, guests will be greeted by a well-equipped kitchen perfect for making home-cooked meals or a quick snack to take to the beach. The open living space and dining room provides plenty of comfortable seating for all guests to relax after a long day.



This home has a king bed located in the master bedroom along with an ensuite bathroom, a twin-over-twin bunk bed and twin-over-queen bunkbed in the first guest bedroom, and a queen bed in the second guest bedroom along with an additional full bathroom off the kitchen.



This home does not allow parties or events of any kind, or guests under the age of 25 who are not accompanied by an adult chaperone. Absolutely no smoking is permitted on the property.



Because we want you to enjoy your stay, we’ve added an OK2Charge EV charger. Before your stay, you will receive an activation email to register for the service or simply scan the QR code on the face of the charger when you arrive.
