Beautiful stay and so close to the mineral springs!!!

This was a beautiful property, and everything was new and clean. The drive to the warm mineral springs is LESS THAN A MINUTE and the drive to Venice Beach is 20 minutes. Overall this property was amazing and had everything that we needed for our stay to be perfect.

Clean and quiet

This home was spotless, the neighborhood was very nice, almost like new, with everyone around the home very friendly. It is located about 20 minutes from Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte which was perfect for our stay. The only thing I didn't like is that the coffee maker (keurig) did not work, wasn't a big deal for me, but it meant I had to go buy my wife a coffee every morning. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here, and if I have to come back to the area I would absolutely try to book this rental again.

Great spot for Braves/Rays/Red Sox spring training!

Place was great. New and updated. My son and I stayed there for spring training trip and location was perfect. Very close to Braves and Rays. Management was on the spot as we had trouble with key code. They responded to text immediately on a Sunday. A grocery store and a dollar general very close. Some other restaurants close as well and also plenty of delivery options. No neighborhood problems at all. We will be back again next time we hit the Grapefruit League.

Good deal

We came to North Port to watch Braves spring training games. The house is convenient to the stadium, about a 15 minute drive. The house was clean and appeared to be recently renovated, with new furnishings. The beds were comfortable. The house is sparsely furnished, but exactly as shown in the photos. The neighborhood is kind of a weird mix of older duplexes, some of which have been updated like this one, and newer single family homes. This house is a good deal if you can deal with only having one bathroom.

Great place to stay!

24 hours before we arrived, we received a code for the keyless entry. This was nice because we didn't need to worry about keeping track of a key. The place was clean and newly remodeled. Very comfortable and roomy. It was a quite neighborhood. Not far from all kinds of shopping. There was a frosted window in the shower but it was easy to put a towel over it for additional comfort and privacy. There were many added extras like a grill and grill tools, beach chairs and umbrella, laundry room, soaps and shampoos and a TV in each room. This home is one half of a duplex with a screened in porch with a nice table and chairs. Great place for breakfast in the mornings. We highly recommend this home and would stay here again in a heartbeat.
