The exterior offers under-house concrete parking and covered entry. The residential elevator is available for guest use and makes unloading and loading a breeze while offering accessibility options to the stairs. The private pool (heated for a fee) features seaside views, chaise lounges for sunbathers, a covered dining table and a hammock for afternoon naps. The private boardwalk to the beach, enclosed outdoor shower, fish cleaning station and park-style grill will be appreciated by the beachgoers in your group. Three large, covered porches provide lots of outdoor entertainment space to spread out.

Don't worry about wet bathing suits! This home provides a ground floor half bathroom and mini kitchen with a full sized refrigerator on the ground floor!

Inside, the ground floor bunk bedroom provides lots of space—amazing for kids! The West bunk bedroom features triple bunk beds, a mini kitchen, refrigerator and direct access to the private pool. On the other side, the East bunk bedroom sleeps 5 in a unique bunk bed with a queen/queen/twin bunk configuration. A shared half bathroom offers guest convenience.

The stunning open floor plan of the first floor provides multiple seating areas, lots of natural light, flat screen TV and million dollar views of Gulf waters through the sliding glass doors. The chef in your crew will absolutely love the beautiful kitchen with stainless appliances, 2 dishwashers and a large center island. At mealtime, the dining table seats 13, with lots of options for al fresco dining on the covered decks outside. The separate wet bar with sink, ice maker and coffee maker turns coffee hour and happy hour into a delight!

Sleeping accommodations on the first floor feature the West king master bedroom with full private bathroom, flat screen TV, direct deck access and Gulf views from the covered porch. The East king bedroom also offers amazing views, flat screen TV and direct access to the covered porch. This bedroom also enjoys direct access to a private half bathroom connected to the Jack-and-Jill full bathroom shared by guests on this floor. The laundry room with full washer, dryer and folding area is off the kitchen.

The second floor provides more living space, flat screen TV, direct access to the covered deck and more fabulous Gulf views. Guests on this floor can enjoy the separate wet bar with sink, coffee maker, wine cooler and even more space to hang out with friends and family! Sleeping accommodations on this floor include the super cool, secret triple bunk bed station with blackout drapes. The middle king bedroom features a flat screen TV, direct access to the covered Gulf view deck and a full private bathroom. The West king bedroom offers a flat screen TV, direct access, Gulf views and another full private bathroom. The East king bedroom has a flat screen TV and direct access to the covered porch. A full shared bathroom is located on this floor.
