Where else can you wake up to a view like this with the scent of the salty ocean breeze? This 2BR 1BA apt overlooks Taunton Bay in DownEast Maine. One of its many perks is the private deck where you can sit & sip your morning coffee while watching the local lobstermen hauling their traps. Take advantage of your easy Route 1 access to discover all that Coastal Maine has to offer! Schoodic Point is just 22 miles away, Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park are an easy 26 miles away, and Ellsworth is only 10 miles away!

CHECK OUT TIME IS 10 AM, please make sure you have left by this time. We will have cleaners coming to the location to clean after you. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Awesome place! Great scenery, central to everything we wanted to see, owner is AMAZING! Lobstah trio was the highlight of the trip!A must stay for anyone wanting to enjoy the full Maine immersion!

Peaceful stay with a beautiful view

Easy check in and check out process. Upstairs apartment with a beautiful view. This home had everything we needed to rest our heads after long days of exploring. This does sit close to the highway as others have mentioned, it was mostly a non-issue because traffic at night seems very low. If you’re a daytime napper, you might get a few semis using their engine brake waking you up. Overall would absolutely recommend this stay to others and would definitely return!

Nice stay

This upstairs apartment was in a good location to visit Bar Harbour, Acadia Park, Schoodic Bay, etc. Furniture was comfortable and good for our short stay. Only draw backs were that the shower water pressure was really low and water could have been warmer, and the traffic from US1 was really loud starting about 3:30am so made it hard to sleep and by 5 am you really couldn’t sleep. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing view of Tauton Bay

The location is gorgeous, I loved spending some time on the balcony with a good book and a cold drink while the sun was setting. The property was very clean. During our stay, we visited Acadia National Park that is about 45 minutes from there.

Mixed bag

The views were beautiful and there was plenty of space. The noise from the road was significant and queen bed was very uncomfortable. I slept very poorly during my stay. Having a washer and dryer was nice but the shower has very little water pressure and ran out of hot water quickly.

Beautiful location and convenient.

This place had a great view of Taunton Bay of Frenchmen’s Bay. So close to Tidal Falls, Gull Rock Pottery, Bar Harbor, Acadia National Park, Ruth and Wimpy’s. It was great!

Beautiful views, clean and cozy unit

We loved staying here! The apartment has everything you need, and you can wake up to beautiful views of the Mount Desert Narrows. They have a nice outdoor area to enjoy and the apartment is very clean. Big spacious bathroom, and lots of seating and eating areas. About 40 minutes from Bar Harbor and Acadia! Wonderful drive to the area.
