We loved the barrel sauna!!! and the kitchen was well equipped. Paula has set up a thoughtful coffee station complete with snacks. The house is super convenient to the airport, which is why we picked it. And if you want fabulous tacos, Cocina Madrigal is the place - beef tenderloin with blue cheese - yes, please!

Great stay!

Booked the house for two of us to attend a conference. Great communication from the host from the time of booking until we checked out. House was just as in the pictures. Very well kept and very clean! Easy check in and we were able to get in a few hours early. Some much-appreciated snacks on the counter and some beverages in the fridge. Beds were very comfy! Great place to relax after the day's activities. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect

We enjoyed staying at this house. The host had a guest book that explained everything about the house. I loved the details that were given in the book. Our favorite thing was the pool and the speakers that play music throughout the house. I would definitely recommend everyone to stay at this house. It was very close to the baseball field and also the casinos. Once again thank you Ben and Paula for everything !

Holy moly!! Super convenient to EVERYTHING!!

In town for wife’s grad school graduation from GCU, we were only 10 minutes from airport, 15 from campus, 15 from botanical gardens, 5 from interstate. Place was awesome in regards to being easy to get to/from anywhere!!Safeway only 2 minutes away for groceries.Every bed in the place was comfy, great water pressure, TV’s in every room, fully stocked coffee bar and spice rack!Bought sunblock, then realized there was a whole basket of it there for us!Communication before, during, and after was some of the most prompt I’ve ever experienced during a VRBO rental!!

Family gathering

We loved our stay. The weather was beautiful and we took advantage of the lovely pool, cozy sauna and fun putting green. The house was very clean, well appointed and very comfortable for our family. It was also centrally located with convenient access to the airport, downtown and Tempe.

Fantastic

Best VRBO I have ever stayed at. We don’t eat out much and the amenities to cook and eat were top notch. The beds were super comfortable and the location was great. Would only stay here if I come back to Phoenix.

Amazing house perfect for golf/friends trip!

The place was great. The pool/sauna/putting green were awesome to hangout with friends. We went on a buddies golf trip so this was perfect. Bedrooms were separate and had large beds if you had to share. Kitchen was great to cook meals. The area close to the neighbourhood was a little sketchy and the uber was 20-30 min to the bars. But none of that really affected the stay at all. Overall amazing experience

Beautiful Property!

Very clean house and beautiful backyard! Perfect for a get-away weekend! TV's are all smart TV's, comfortable beds and awesome pillows! We hung out in the pool and played some put-put golf. Was very relaxing. AAA+++++

Meeting NEW FAMILY

My stay was very relaxed and enjoyable. Plenty to do with pool and golf outdoors . Indoor games provided as well. The two reasons for the 4 star rating was due to 1) worn down mattresses on bed and bad sitting cushions on couch. 2) the first night there we had helicopters flashing lights all over yard and windows. Understood can happen anywhere. Overall I would stay again. Thank you, Paula

Wonderful!

We loved everything about this property! The host, Paula, was extremely responsive and friendly. She even accommodated our request for an early check-in. The house was clean, had bottled water stocked in the fridge, sunscreen to use, beach towels, floaties, and everything necessary for an enjoyable time. We especially loved the comfortable beds, pool, and putting green. My husband and I went for runs each morning around the neighborhood and felt very safe. The house is in a good area and we never heard neighbors. What a relaxing oasis! We enjoyed every moment! Thank you!

Phoenix Oasis

What a find! Phenomenal communication before our visit to the end. There was an area wide cable outage. Paula kept us informed the whole time and suggested using our phone as a hot spot so we could have tv thru the outage. Thank goodness they have a smart TV. It worked perfectly. Wonderful location close to the airport, super clean, extremely well equipped and complimentary coffee to boot. From the well-appointed interior to the oasis in the back yard. Swimming pool with a 5.5-foot-deep end, a putting green with balls and clubs, a sauna, propane grill with extra tank (just in case), small frig and portable bar. Sad, we had to leave but sure glad we found this and can’t wait to go back. Thank you, Paula,
