Ideal for families, large groups of friends, or multiple families, our property provides plenty of space and all the amenities you need for a memorable stay.

The Surf Palm Coast has coastal charm, designed to create a relaxing oasis. Indoors, enjoy the tasteful coastal decor and modern comforts, including smart TVs in all bedrooms and the living room. Log in to your own accounts like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, YouTube, and more for entertainment at your fingertips.

Outdoors, indulge in your private, fenced-in backyard. Enjoy a swim in the heated saltwater pool (heated for an additional fee), soak up the sun on lounge chairs, unwind on the comfortable hammock, or gather around the firepit for cozy evenings. Add a touch of fun with our mini put-put course, all set under a beautiful screened porch adorned with twinkly lights.

Our sleeping arrangements accommodate up to 10 guests. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Elsewhere, discover a room with a king-size bed and a twin over full bunk bed, another room featuring a queen over queen bunk bed, and a full bathroom. All furnishings are designed for your comfort.

We provide all the essentials you'll need for your stay, including pool towels, extra bath towels, hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, make up wipes, bar soap, and trash bags. A full-size washer and dryer are available for your use, complete with laundry detergent located in the garage.

Our kitchen is fully equipped to handle your culinary adventures. Find every cooking utensil you might need, along with essentials like salt, pepper, and olive oil. Additional kitchen equipment includes a full-size refrigerator/freezer with a water & ice maker, an electric stove, microwave, oven, 12 cup coffee maker (no paper filter necessary), blender, toaster, and more.

Our property allows up to 10 guests and is a non-smoking house. If you smoke, we kindly ask you to do so as far away from the house as possible.

We welcome dogs with an upfront notice and an additional $100 pet fee. However, we request you to consider whether our property is right for your fur baby. We kindly ask that you bring a bed for your dog and prevent them from getting on the furniture.

Guest access is easy with our smart lock, and for your safety, we change the code for each guest.

Note: Our pool can be heated for an additional $50 per day. Please reach out to us directly to ensure this can be arranged for your stay.

Your GPS should take you directly to the property. Once you have arrived, there is a smart lock on the front door where you will be given your personal access code to enter and exit the property. For the safety of our guests, we change the code for every guest.

Most of the time we are not available in person - but are available 24/7 via text or phone call!

Pool can be heated for an additional $50 per day due to the excessive charge in electricity. Please reach out to host directly to ensure the pool can be heated for your stay. It does take about 24 hours to get it fully heated so please let us know in advance if this is something you are interested in.
