This is a great getaway spot that’s in a fantastic location! It’s a nice easy walk to the downtown area and the house was beautiful and perfect for hosting a girls trip. Would absolutely stay here again!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grand Lake in this well appointed, spacious home with many gathering spots. The décor is very updated, lot's of bathrooms, and comfortable beds. The home has a big kitchen and large table that sits 10 or more. Great location with easy access to town and lake.

Great for blended family trip

Our immediate family was celebrating our daughter’s graduation from medical residency and was joined by my sister and niece, my daughter’s fiancé and his parents. The space was perfect, with 4 BR’s and 5 baths for some privacy among the groups, but spacious shared space for cooking, enjoying outside and hanging out. Grand Lake had enough going on without being too touristy/crowded. Enjoyed several hikes nearby. Great stay!

Great vacation with family

The hosts were great. They provided plenty of information ahead of our stay. The house was very clean and accommodated our group of 12 easily. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms super, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Main Street shopping and restaurants in Grand Lake was only three minutes away by car. Great place to stay and would stay there again.

This home worked extremely well for our family of 10 adults and 2 children. It was so easy to get downtown, to the markets and entry to the National Park.The instructions for check-in and check-out were very well explained and easy to accomplish.The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. However, it would be helpful if the knives hadn't been so dull. We spent too much time trying to get them sharp enough to use effectively.

Epic snowcation location

This property has it all, whether you're snowed in or going to be out and about. Fully stocked kitchen. Lots of games to play. Lovely outdoor patio for hanging out or fire pit in the front. This property has something for everyone. We'll be back.

Great location for snowmobile trip.

Home has a very large driveway that fit 2 trucks and 2 very large trailers, along with 7 snowmobiles. Home is one block from the snowmobile trail. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. Host was quick to respond when needed.

This house was perfect for our family get together with adult children and grandchildren.4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms worked perfectly! And the storage area "garage" was perfect for securing bikes, etc.The house has a very well equipped kitchen and a lot of extra things to do for when you're just hanging out. Ceiling fans in every room as well as box fans in the bedrooms keep the house cool even on hot days.Grand Lake area has a lot to do and this house has very easy access to the highway as well as to town.While the setting of the house isn't pretty, the convenient location and general set up of the house more than makes up for it.

What a gem!

Loved the location. The home has everything you could want and it’s a beautiful walk to downtown and to the lake. Highly recommend the home, the hosts were communicative and we had the best time celebrating my husbands birthday here!

Great Getaway

Great place to stay in Grand Lake! Comfortably accommodated 8 adults, 1 child, 1 toddler, & 1 infant. Beds are large and comfortable, kitchen well equipped, and plenty of sit space. Host very helpful and prompt in his responses. Would stay again!
