Easily walk to Sunset Palisades beach or Pirate's cove - seconds away from The Bluffs by foot. Wonderful restaurants and shops nearby, walk to happy hour or brunch at The Cliffs and Dolphin Bay resorts. Conveniently close to the freeway yet shielded from its view and noise and minutes from Avila. Easy access to the Bob Jones Trail. The 2,273 foot house boasts spacious rooms and high ceilings, and a wood-burning fireplace with gas feeder. Convection oven and big laundry room with state of the art washer/dryer make cooking and washing easy and fun, 72 inch TV in family room, plus TVs in living room and master bedroom.
