Can’t wait to go back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We hope to rent this house again next year! We loved the neighborhood location and it was nice to be able to walk to a few small shops and restaurants. By the end of the month, we felt like locals. The view from the kitchen and right outside the front door is incredible. The house is adorable and is well outfitted with linens and kitchen equipment. We had one minor appliance issue and it was promptly handled by Seven Sisters by a lovely woman who came to the house to fix it within 24 hours.

Great Value

I don't often leave reviews, but am making an exception for this rental. We have rented numerous times in this area, and this rental was by far the best value we have expereienced When staying in this area of Shell Beach, the locations and homes are quite similar. The differences in this property were the little things. The sheets and towels were high quality. The furniture was well built and comfortable. The cooking utensils were high quality and in great condition. The lighting and lamps were plentiful and well positioned. The closets were stocked with hangers. There were numerous coat racks for gear. The work area was modern with built in usb plugs. None of these things on it's own is significant, but in a package, it made for an extremely comfortable home for 30 days.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just concluded a six week stay at this property and had a great experience. First, the location is only a couple of houses from the ocean which brings great ocean air and vibe to the property. It is a short walk to a grocery store and a few businesses but a car will be needed for many things. There is a nice front porch with fireplace with ocean views and an enclosed patio out back. There is another tenant on the property which was fine with us. Second, the house was in great condition; well cleaned and well appointed with modern furniture and TV setup. Note that it is streaming services only. No cable which wasn’t a problem for us but you should be aware. Third, Seven Sisters did a wonderful job of communicating with us and responded promptly to any questions we had. Very well run process and we will consider coming back next year.
