Located in the heart of Westport, Kansas City, The Belvedere Flats sit just above two commercial spaces, placing you steps from over 45 restaurants, cafes, and bars. This listing is for one unit, but both can be rented together for larger groups when available.
The space features a shared outdoor courtyard with comfortable seatingâperfect for reconnecting with friends or winding down with a glass of wine. Inside, the open-concept living area provides plenty of room to spread out, whether you're cooking a meal, playing games, or settling in for movie night.
Getting In & Around:
Guests have two private entrancesâone at the front and one at the back. If entering through the front, youâll climb a short flight of stairs leading to the colorful, spacious living room. This inviting area flows directly into the dining room, where a large table seats six comfortably. The living room also includes a large Smart TV, ideal for streaming your favorite shows, and offers the perfect setting for working remotely, dining in, or gathering for game night.
Fully Stocked Kitchen:
Love to cook? This kitchen has it allâcookware, utensils, bakeware, and dinnerware. Want to keep it simple or skip the cooking altogether? Westportâs incredible food scene is right outside your door.
Coffee lovers, rejoice! Each Cozy in KC property includes a fully stocked coffee bar with multiple brewing options: Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press, and pour-over setupâplus a variety of k-cups, creamers, and sweeteners.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
This unit features three beautifully appointed bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms.
Bedroom 1: Queen bed
Bedroom 2: King bed + TV + private workspace
Bedroom 3: King bed
Each bedroom includes nightstands with reading lamps and charging stations, sound machines, extra blankets, and ample space for luggage and clothing.
The 1.5 bathrooms are located off the hallway (not ensuite). The full bathroom features a beautifully remodeled walk-in mosaic tile shower and is stocked with Tommy Bahama luxury bath productsâshampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Each guest will receive a plush bath towel and washcloth, plus hand towels and dark makeup towels for convenience.
Outdoor Courtyard:
Step out the back door to access a newly renovated, fenced-in courtyard. A small deck leads down to a grassy yard with seating and yard games, shared with the neighboring unit when occupied. Itâs the perfect space to relax or entertain.
Parking:
There is no private off-street parking available, but plenty of free street parking can be found directly next to the building on the side street.
