Lovely and quiet vacation

A very beautiful condo! The owners were readily available to answer any questions! Washer and dryer was definitely a plus and plenty of beds!!! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!

Very nice condo

We are used to staying up on North Atlantic on the driving section of the beach in New Smyrna. We were pleasantly surprised with this location, 3 miles away from the national seashore where you can pay $20 for the week to use the beaches there which are far less crowded. The condo was very nice, furniture was newer and the beds were comfortable. Vicki was very quick to respond to all of our questions and worked with us to let us check in a little earlier after a long drive. Would consider staying here again. Thanks!

Would choose to stay here again.

A very nice recently renovated two bedroom ground floor condo/apartment in a good location. Nicely appointed kitchen, clean and comfortable. A bit snug for four or more adults, but a family with two small children would be happy here. About a 7 minute walk to a beautiful beach area. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. Publix and Bealls are nearby also. Two touristy shopping areas are a 10 minute drive away and worth checking out. This is our first time staying on the Atlantic side of Florida and we found we much prefer it. Less traffic, easier beach access, great golf courses that a reasonably priced and fairly easy to get tee times. This is not the case on the gulf side. Again, I would seriously consider staying here again.

Cozy Recently Updated 1st Floor Condo

This cozy, recently updated, 1st floor condo is decorated nicely with new furniture and comfortable mattresses. The kitchen is well stocked for guests who like to cook. There is a Keurig coffee machine that can make both a pot of coffee, or use coffee pods. The pool, which is not heated, is located about 10 steps outside the condo. The top couple of inches of water in the pool was 68 degrees at the end of February. It's really too cold to use until the hot summer months. The condo is located on the west side of the building, so it's quiet, and away from the parking lot and road. The host surprised us with a nice welcome bag.Guests should be aware that the walk-in closet in the primary bedroom is locked, and not available for guests to use. The host does provide a wall hanging with 5 small hooks to hang your clothes on in lieu of a closet. There is a small closet in the guest bedroom to hang clothes in, but there are a lot of other things stored in this closet (vacuum cleaner, extra sheets, extra blankets, extra pillows, etc) which eliminates space for guests to store suitcases or to hang clothes. The sheets and blankets are 100% polyester, so if you prefer to sleep on cotton sheets, bring your own.The beach is conveniently located about 3 blocks away. It was an easy walk from the condo.If you plan on overnight visitors, I advise that you contact the host. There may be an additional charge.If you're not planning on using the pool, this is a nice condo to rent.
