Great location and great value

We loved being so close to the beautiful beach. We could actually see the ocean from the balcony, and it was less than 10 minutes to walk along a nice sidewalk to get to the crosswalk to access the condo's beach access point across the street. We appreciated that the condo had a wagon, beach umbrella, beach towels, etc. The condo is not brand new but it was very clean and comfortable and had newer appliances and nice flooring in the main areas. The complex is very safe with well maintained pools, grounds and common areas. I had several questions before and during the stay and the host quickly responded to all of my emails. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place

It was great weekend! The condo is extremely clean and has everything you need. Perfect location close to the beach. We have had some issues with keys in the first moment. We love the area very much and looking forward for the next visit. Thank you, Amy!

The unit is in a very large condominium complex of 20 different buildings, but it's in a great location. Easy access to the beach. The unit is super clean and has everything I think you would need. There was more stuff in there than I could even believe. Plenty of beach chairs. Plenty of umbrellas even a cart to take to the beach. If you go to the beach, a pool pass to get into the pool or remote control to open up the garage door. I definitely enjoyed my stay there. The host was very easy to get a hold of answered my email questions within 30 minutes. I definitely recommend this place. I didn't take a lot of pictures but I do have one from sitting on the balcony looking out at the ocean which is a beautiful

Short stay

Property itself is nice, the complex is a little dated. The unit was clean and stocked with plenty of towels and everything you need. Two things I would suggest, although the pink couch is cute its not comfy or useable. Also the hot water is limited. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks

Not too happy

Pros: The place was overall nice, very spacious and beautiful view of the water. Cons: i was called 2 hours prior to checkin telling me not to use the top bunk of the bunkbed because it was unsteady and they didnt want anyone getting hurt. While i appreciate the heads up, We had just enough beds for the amount of people and so now we would not and someone would bow be inconvenienced last minute. When we got there the floor was still sandy from whomever was there previously, there were crumbs on the table and sand and hair in the shower.

Economic place near beach

A bit of a walk to the beach, but a wagon is provided to haul all your stuff. Appreciated the beach toys/boogie board. The condo had everything we needed. Plus a view of the beach on the huge balcony! I liked that it had access from the bedroom as well as the living room. Suited our group well. Note: the pool closes at dusk, so we never got to use it. Spent all our time at the beach.

Family Vacation

This was the perfect location and place fir our family. The condo itself was spacious and had so many extra amenities within. The beach wagon and beach toys were a major plus. The pool is within walking distance and very nice. Not too far from the main strip. Will be booking again!

Clean and close to the beach

This is great place to stay if you're looking for fun in the sun. It's only a short walk to the beach and there were 2 pools. The rental unit came with a cart which was a bonus since we didn't have to carry all our items down to the beach. The unit was clean, well maintained and had everything you need to cook and eat in the unit. The cookware was far better than any other place I've rented. The condo is quiet, had no problems sleeping and there is a small view of the ocean from the balcony and bedroom. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a beautiful little condo. Very convenient, well stocked with supplies. Loved being so close to beach and the nature walk around the complex was nice. Friendly people, lots of dogs. Clear directions for check in and out.

Lovely Visit to New Smyrna

We really enjoyed our visit in this condo. It exceeded expectations! Perfectly clean, and the space was very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathrooms had extra touches that were very thoughtful (like special clothes for makeup removal). The grounds were beautiful and expansive, and very well kept. We loved the peak-a-boo view of the ocean, and the very large balcony with morning sun. There were many restaurants close by (using a car), and New Smyrna was a easy drive. We felt very safe with the gated entry. Close walk to the beautiful beach, and miles of sidewalk for walks or runs. We would definitely recommend this rental and hope to return.
