Ce condo au dernier étage offre un balcon face à l'océan vous offrant de magnifiques levers de soleil. Il propose également un patio cÎté baie suffisamment haut pour voir l'ßle et admirer des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle.

Parce que c'est un penthouse qui offre des fonctionnalités spéciales. Avec des plafonds voûtés dans le maßtre et le salon menant à un mur avec vue sur l'océan de 16 pieds de haut. Il offre un sentiment de paix et de tranquillité sans invités séjournant au-dessus de vous.

Suntide II dispose de deux ascenseurs pour vous conduire rapidement au dernier étage sans l'inconvénient d'utiliser les escaliers.

Ce penthouse dispose de trois télévisions à écran plat. Le salon dispose d'une télévision de 55 pouces avec un lecteur DVD et PLAYSTATION. La chambre principale dispose d'une télévision de 40 pouces avec un lecteur DVD / magnétoscope et la chambre d'hÎtes dispose d'une télévision de 32 pouces avec un lecteur DVD. Nous vous proposons une GRANDE BIBLIOTHEQUE de DVD et de jeux. Ceux-ci sont fournis GRATUITEMENT pour votre plaisir. Si le temps ne coopÚre pas pendant votre séjour, ce condo est conçu pour votre divertissement. L'accÚs Internet sans fil WIFI est également fourni pour votre commodité.

Il a une cuisine complÚte avec un nouveau réfrigérateur, une cuisiniÚre, des armoires et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer vos repas préférés.

Logements pour 6 personnes. Un lit King size dans la chambre principale, un lit double et un lit queen size dans la chambre de la quĂȘte. Il y a aussi un canapĂ©-lit queen dans le salon.

Peaceful and Relaxing. If you’re looking for the perfect place to unwind and relax, do not hesitate to choose The Top Floor Penthouse Condo.Throughout our stay, this place exceeded our expectation. It's in a great location where we felt comfortable and safe. We spent hours on the balcony enjoying the cool wind while watching the sunrises and sunsets. Its a great condo that was clean, comfortable and well-stocked with all the amenities needed.The condo was perfect for 2 adult couples. The furnishings were comfortable and the view if the beach was soothing and inviting. The beach itself was very clean, and only a 2-minute walk away. The balcony chairs were comfortable and we looked forward to enjoying both the sunrise and sunset everyday. The view and the sound of the waves were calming and relaxing. Being on the 5th floor enabled us to experience a constant sea breeze, that made sitting on the porch rejuvenating. After a day in the sun, it was great to come back to an air conditioned place tWhere a good hot shower was waiting for us. There's a very nice pool and jacuzzi should you want to use it. Blackbeard's Restaurant, a popular and very good seafood restaurant, was only a 5-minute walk away, along with many other restaurants and shops. Communication with owners was breeze.If you're looking for a hassle-free, clean, comfortable place to rejuvenate, do not hesitate to choose this one. It was a great value for the great time we had. WE WILL BE BACK!!!

The view of the ocean was exactly what we were looking for. The condo was very clean, the kitchen had all the cookware needed for a home meal, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and pillows. The check in process was seamless and communication with the host could not have been better. This is definitely a place I would take my family back to!!

We enjoyed our stay very much! It was a wonderful place with heated pool and hot tub. The codo was very clean, the ac worked great and the view was spectacular! We could rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach, and it was very convenient to all the wonderful restaurants and shops nearby. We left behind something very important and the host Terry was kind enough to mail it back to us right away. We highly recommend the Suntide II penthouse condo on the beach!

Great spot and even better host!

We made this booking almost a year in advance after visiting SPI for a work trip. Terry was very accommodating when I had to change our trip duration due to my work schedule. Further, he responded quick to my texts during our stay and we were left not wanting for anything. This property is in an amazing location right on the beach, and is within walking distance of several places to eat, drink, and shop. t was nice to sit on the porch and watch the kids play on the beach. We will be booking this exact location again in the future for our family of two adults and three teenagers.

the condo is exactly as advertised. Beachfront, top floor, great location. Plenty of space even on a crowded Saturday. Long walks in both directions with a sea breeze to cool things down.

We so enjoyed the fifth floor deck... just watching the waves and the beach activity. Nice comfortable condo. Had all the essentials. The pool and hot tub area was nice also. Unit was very convenient for everything on the island.

This was a perfect place to enjoy S. Padre! Floor plan was excellent. Nice decor. Great balcony with awesome ocean view. Gorgeous sunrises. Suntide II isnt a huge condo complex, so you didn't have to wait long for elevator and there weren't lots of people on beach or in pool

My wife and I are from Minnesota. We have been visiting the Island since 1987 and look forward to every trip to wonderful South Padre Island. We have two grown children who also travelled with us to the island for many years. Our daughter enjoyed the area so much that after she got married she moved to the area. I enjoy bike riding on the 30 miles of unspoiled beach.

We purchased a condo on South Padre Island, because we absolutely love the Island. In Texas, the beaches are protected public property. Hotels can't fence off entrance to the beach. You can walk or bike ride 30 miles without any fences or private property.
