Our second week was as wonderful as our first week. Check out my other posting. We will miss our morning coffees on the balcony looking at the beach and listening to the roar of the waves in the ocean.

The location was great. It was easy to get into and the beach access was great. You do need to set up early on the beach on busy weekends because there are two public beach access points on either side of the condo.

Cute and clean stay! Beach view was great and a short walk away. There was a rinse station when leaving the beach to clean off which was so handy.

The first week was wonderful. We are there for a second week now. Terry communicates very effectively. He sends timely reminders and responds to my messages quickly. He is a super host. The place is clean and everything is as described in the listing. It is a spacious condo on the top floor. Decor is inviting. Because it is the top floor, the sitting room area has an extra tall ceiling with extra windows for more light. The kitchen has all you need (just like being at home). Each of the two bedrooms has their own ensuite bathroom. WIFI is great and private. Balcony view of beach and ocean is cool and relaxing. The area is clean and safe. Beach is right there. We are very satisfied being here. Cheers!

The property is in a GREAT location with very easy access to the beach. Terry was friendly, helpful and very easy to communicate with. The condo is great for families with nice bedrooms and common area space. My only suggestion to future tenants would be to bring your own cooking spray, salt, pepper, paper towels, extra toilet paper, etc. The only cooking ingredient in the unit was salt and there were not enough paper goods to get us through the week, That said, I would 100% stay here again- just would have packed differently if you're planning to cook :)

We stayed here for 2 weeks. The Vrbo description of the condo and area is very accurate and we found the location excellent. The grounds surrounding the condo are well cared for and local management staff is friendly and helpful. We walked on the beach to the Palm Cafe for breakfast and then walked on the beach to Wanna Wanna later in the day for happy hour. The host provided great communication skills. When we visit the island again we want to stay here again.

This condo was absolutely beautiful! Located on the fifth floor, it offered stunning ocean views right from inside the unit. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The condo truly felt like a home away from home, and it was a pleasure to spend our vacation there. The host was very communicative, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free from start to finish.We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return. Highly recommend this beautiful condo to anyone visiting South Padre Island!

There were a few items that may need to be worked on, almost cut myself on the back door handle because of the rust, but other than that it was a good property for the price and the view was amazing.

Beautiful property. We enjoyed the views and sitting out on the balcony watching the sun come up. The pool and hot tub were nicely heated and never very busy. The condo has everything you need and the owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.
