Very good location, with quality walkway to the beach. The beach outdoor shower had two up shower heads and two feet hoses which were great. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and utensils, etc. Furniture was comfy and window shades helpful. Great master bedroom.Minor negatives: Front door code too long to remember and enter; lamp in master has a short; batteries bad in one remote; door to balcony hard to open.Overall a very nice condo.

Location is perfect, steps from the beach. The condo has everything needed to have meals or relax after a day. The only concern was the master bathroom didn’t have a door so there was absolutely no privacy.

Great location. We loved SPI. It was clean and communication was good. The only things we wished we had was ice from fridge, forks (there were 5 of us and only 3 forks, and a door to the bathroom for privacy.

What a view!

Excellent location and close to our favorite restaurants. The view of the ocean will be forever etched in my mind. The air conditioner worked really well, I felt that it was stocked well. I am very picky and also licensed Realtor so I noticed everything.

We really enjoyed our stay at Suntide II and would definitely return. Couldn’t beat the view. Had a very nice pool and hot tub. Also had a great sun deck off the pool to relax on. Access to the ocean was also convenient. The Condo had everything you needed.
