Newly renovated home located in the heights of Albuquerque is the perfect family getaway. With room for up to 8 people, this home boasts 3 king beds and queen sleeper sofa, 4 streaming TV's, full kitchen, washer/dryer, hot tub, foosball table & board games. Traveling for work? We got you covered with a private office, 2 car garage access, and a comfortable outdoor space. Located just minutes from freeway access, close to restaurants, gyms, grocery stores and parks. Bring the family and friends!
The space
Beautiful home, newly renovated with modern amenities. This space was designed for family and friends by a tight knit family of 4, who enjoy spending time together and making memories. Streaming Tv's in every room and king beds in every bedroom make watching a movie together fun and easy. The home also offers a foosball table, Sonos sound system, board games, equipped kitchen, spacious private yard with 6 person hot tub, ample parking, and a BBQ grill.

Great location for Balloon Fiesta!

My sisters and I stayed at this lovely home for our visit to the Balloon Fiesta. It was just a short drive to the park and very convenient. In addition, we were able to see many of the balloons from the front yard. The house is conveniently located in Albuquerque and close to a grocery store, gas, and coffee. The house was missing a few essentials (hot pads, a broom and pan, etc) which would have made cooking and cleaning up a little bit easier. A code for the garage would be helpful to allow parking in the garage since a remote is not provided (people, stop stealing the remotes!). The house is well designed and comfortable, with both indoor and outdoor games to keep everyone entertained and ample room for the whole family. I would definitely stay at this location again and Bennie was very helpful with any issues that came up during our stay.

Great stay in ABQ.

We had a great time, and the place was perfect for our group. Close enough to everything we needed, but tucked in a cute neighborhood. We absolutely loved being able to relax in the hot tub at the end of the day! Definitely recommend for groups with or without kids
 it’s a flexible space for all!

Everything went great! Beautiful home. 6 adults all slept comfortably and enjoyed the stay! Loved the easy access to local food and entertainment. We visited for the NM Wine Festival at the Baloon Fiesta Park and found the location quick and easy. Made it the the parking lot in 8mins! Definitely recommend!

Graduation Event

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Bennie’s place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Bennie was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. The space was clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect, we enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was amazing. Definitely would stay there again.

Best Vrbo on the market

My Family had a great Christmas this year. They not only had the best place to stay, for the week, got to enjoy lots of fun spa time. I would definitely recommend this place and will be reserving it again in 2025 when we celebrate my Dad's 100th birthday. Thank you Bennie.
