Viking Lodge 116 - Condo au rez-de-chaussée, ouvre sur un magnifique patio avec jardin sur le sentier de la rivière.

Ce superbe condo d'une chambre est situé sur la rivière San Miguel, à quelques pas des remontées mécaniques de la ville de Telluride. Un condo au rez-de-chaussée, Viking Lodge 116 est confortable, pratique et offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Kitchenette, téléviseurs à écran plat, lit queen, lits superposés (mieux adapté aux enfants que les adultes de grande taille) et canapé-lit. Piscine chauffée, bain à remous d'eau salée, parking sur place et laverie à pièces sur place! Capacité d'accueil 5 (bien qu'il soit confortable avec 5 adultes).

Great Place to Stay for Telluride Bluegrass

We stayed here for the Telluride Bluegrass and it was perfect for our small family of four. Convenient access to town and an easy walk to the festival. The hosts were amazing - very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!!

Cozy Condo

This Telluride condo is a real gem. Not large, but nicely furnished and well equipped. It is ideally situated steps away from the river path, close to the lifts, and a short walk into town. The ground level location with the outdoor patio area is the icing on the cake.

Wonderful condo

Lovely condo with great kitchen. Loved the outside patio by the trail and river. Great runs nearby and walked to downtown everyday. Never needed the car.

Lovely condo, great location

We love to cook on vacation and this condo was well designed and well stocked. Grocery stores within walking distance or using the free gondola made provisioning easy. The short walk to the free gondola provided days of challenging hikes, after which we returned for a dip in the pool and hot tub, then prepared a tasty meal on the gas cooktop and the charcoal grill.

For what you get as far as the property being taken care of it was not the best option. The place was not the cleanest, but we did have everything we need. Great to be right on the water

Mario, thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We strive for a very high standard of cleaning and take housekeeping very seriously, especially in these interesting times. We recall that when you arrived you reported some spills on the floor and offered to send housekeeping over. Although you reported taking care of the spill yourself, we were awaiting further details about what and where they were located as we are always happy to take action when needed. We're glad hear you had everything you needed otherwise and enjoyed being near the river.

There isn’t a more perfect location than Viking Lodge. Beautiful views of the slopes and river. Easy access to river trail and gondola. The host was super quick to respond to calls and texts. I left my night mouth guard in the unit (discovered after I checked out and got back home to Alabama) and they mailed it to me - so nice!

Even cuter than the photos!! Pretty view of creek and mountains. We could watch people skiing down. Peaceful walk in the morning along creek to lift. Appliances like new 😊

Ski Trip

This unit is managed by LIT - Tom, Mindy and Georgie couldn't be more gracious and helpful. We arrived early and were given access to the condo which is completely stocked with anything and everything you might need for a pleasant stay....coffee, tea, crockpot, blender, towels, toiletries - it's all here. I've stayed in places twice this size that didn't have 1/2 of these amenities. Convenient, comfortable and affordable.....well done!

We strive to accommodate our guests and the little details that make a guests experience more meaningful and comfortable are well worth it when we get a review like this! We've been on the other side of this situation when traveling. You check into a property and they have very few, usually sub-standard or tiny supplies or none all, leaving you to have to spend quite a bit of money in purchasing what you need and using only a small portion of it! Instead, it's a great thing to open the cupboards and find many items readily available!! We hope you'll return for another stay here in Telluride at one of the fine properties offered by Lodging In Telluride! All the best!!

Viking Lodge is our favorite tride spot!

This is my 9th summer to vacation in Telluride & all but 1 of those years have been at various units in Viking Lodge! The location, pool/hot tub, has been perfect for our family. We love 1st floor units along the river, trail access into town, yet upper units facing the river & gondola are special as well. My only feedback for this unit was the couch mattress was necessary to use for this trip & the mattress was awful on my back. It needs to be replaced asap. Remodeled unit other than that was gorgeous!

It sounds like you had a wonderful time in Telluride, but your review reflects negatively on our company and the owner of Viking Lodge 116. If I am not mistaken, I believe we even took another mattress topper over to you during your stay? When planning for your 10 summer trip to Telluride I suggest finding a unit where using a sofa sleeper isn’t necessary.

Telluride Trip

We enjoyed our stay at the Viking Lodge in Telluride. The unit was what we expected based upon the VRBO listing. It was just my wife and I, and it was a great size for us two. There would be little privacy if you chose to have additional guests and/or kids, so I feel it’s best suited to a couple. I would also recommend to keep in mind the unit only has a kitchenette and not a full kitchen. This worked well for us, as we had a desire to eat out for all of our meals. It may not work so well if you plan to cook some meals. Our favorite attributes of the unit were the location and the patio area. The weather was perfect during our stay, and we enjoyed a nice stroll to all the town of Telluride has to offer including the gondola. We also enjoyed sitting on the back patio which is right next to a nice grassy area, path, and stream. Other things of note are a comfortable queen bed, hot tub/pool for lodge, laundry for lodge, and overall clean unit. Some improvements I would recommend are something other than carpet in the kitchen/living area and ice machine for the lodge. Overall we enjoyed our stay, perceived a good value, and would recommend this unit.

Spring Break getaway with my son

My 17 year old son and I stayed here for his Spring Break/Senior trip. It was a great location within walking distance to Lift 7 and the Gondola. It was perfect for us! The unit was updated and nice with everything you need. Would definitely come back and stay here again!

We look forward to welcoming you! We kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following simple rules. We try to keep our rules to the bare minimum, but please keep in mind that these rules are firm & we greatly appreciate your cooperation:

1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Please don't bring the bar back to the condo. If we have any late night noise complaints we may have to ask you to leave. And that would be awkward & upsetting for everyone!

2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes, cigars & marijuana (we can smell it!). $500 fine.

3. No pets - please leave your pets at home. Guests who are found to have a pet will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund. Pets cannot be left in vehicles in parking lots. Fines start at $500.

4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping schedule.

5. Hot tubs & Pools - Lodging In Telluride has no control over pool & hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance issues. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay.

6. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.

Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds.
