Cornet Creek 102 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bath creekside townhome that sleeps up to 4 guests and offers the perfect combination of privacy, comfort, and convenience. Located in a quiet neighborhood, you're just a short walk to Lift 7, the free gondola, Main Street, Clark's Market, the River Trail, restaurants, and a neighborhood wine shop.

One of the highlights of the home is the private deck overlooking Cornet Creek. Grill dinner on the gas BBQ, enjoy your morning coffee by the water, or relax after a day of skiing, hiking, or exploring Telluride. Two dedicated parking spaces are located just outside the front door.

Inside, the open living area is bright and comfortable with large picture windows, a sleeper sofa, and a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, small dishwasher, cookware, and basic cooking essentials.
Upstairs, the king bedroom overlooks the creek and features an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The loft-style layout creates an open, spacious feel while providing a cozy mountain retreat.

Nice place

The townhouse is right in town and has a nice deck. All standard appliances and was clean and has huge window with great view of the mountains.

Awesome Stay!

Cozy and perfect for our Telluride Blue Grass Festival stay!! Very clean and everything was exactly as stated in the ad and pictures. With all going on with town rules etc. for the Festival, communication was clear and detailed leading up to our stay and very responsive to anything needed during our stay. Would recommend for sure - and will definitely stay again when we come back!

Walk to everything, parking space also

We loved the location, it is small condo so expect that also with steep stairs, but that was ok for us. We hiked, ate at our favorite restaurants , all walking distance. Nice mountain and stream views.

Was excited based on the photos but in reality it was a tiny house. The sofa was very uncomfortable and small. There was no where to rest your legs up. They had these bean bags that were below sofa level, so your legs were dangled and not level with the sofa. One person can only sit on the sofa which is why we had to pull out the bed because it was a sofa bed. Unfortunately, it took over the entire room but that was the only way two people could sit, so we had to lay down instead of sitting. The bathroom is on the third floor, so if you had to use it, you have to go up some narrow stairs. Everything felt really tiny and staircase was very narrow. It was very tight with two board bags. Had to call them about coffee filters and dryer sheets. Only received coffee filters.

We include the floor plan in the listing, with dimensions, to avoid any confusion regarding the size of the unit, and dryer sheets are not an amenity we provide. We've managed this particular property for many years and have not encountered this feedback. We strive to provide a 5-star experience for all of our guests and to set expectations with photos and descriptions of properties so that guests can just enjoy their time in Telluride. I hope next time you visit Telluride, we'll be able to host you in a property that is more in line with your expectations.

Cute place, not the cleanest

Enjoyed the location and it was a cute little condo. However, it was not the cleanest place. The dishes and pans we pulled out of the cupboards were used and not cleaned. There was hair over the tub drain which suggested it hadn’t been cleaned either. Considering we pay a cleaning fee I assumed the condo would be clean when we arrived, not that I would have to clean it as soon as we arrived.

Mtn. Getaway

The condo was centrally located, easy access to downtown and hiking paths. The inside was clean and functional. This property may be difficult for older people - steep stairs leading up to the front door, stairs directly inside to the living area, and stairs to the loft area (main bedroom and bathroom). None of the stairs had handrails. The kitchen had all necessary items for cooking meals. The outdoor patio was very nice - next to a creek - very relaxing - but also next to the main entrance to the town - many cars coming and going. The patio had a nice BBQ grill and small table for sitting. All in all, the property was nice for a short stay (3 days). It would have been nice if the front outdoor area was a bit more tidy - weeds and flowers in flower basket were dead and there were 2 dead birds in the yard.

Telluride Film Festival

The problem we had was the steep stairs (we are in our 60's) as well as the extremely small bathroom and little to no place to put things away. And we didn't understand the parking instructions and parked in the wrong spot (as did another tenant in a different unit) whereupon the neighbor came pounding on the door yelling and swearing at us. It truly scared me as I wasn't sure if someone was trying to break into the unit. We of course moved our car immediately while he yelled in my ear. But even with all his threats I noticed that the other car that he claimed was in his spot as well never moved and never got towed like his threat. Made for a bad stay for sure.

Hi Debbie, we are so sorry that you did not enjoy your stay! It saddens us when we receive a negative review as we really strive to provide a wonderful guest experience. We are very descriptive in our Guidebook that we email and text before arrival. We include pictures of the parking spot and a blurb that states "DO NOT park in the space directly in front of your unit, this space belongs to another unit." There is even a sign by the parking spots that state the units number (102). I am not sure how we could make it any easier. In addition, if you had a question about parking you could have called, emailed, or texted our office and your unpleasant experience would have been avoided all together and this negative review could have been a more positive one.

Cozy Condo in a great location!

The property management was amazing and easy to communicate with, they even had a thorough checklist. The place was tidy and it was the perfect size for me and 2 friends, it's close quarters but again fit us perfectly! It close to town and the lift! As an added bonus this unit has 2 parking spots! Overall 10/10 :D Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect space in Telluride

This comfortable property is in an ideal spot to get around without a car. The furnishings are attractive and cozy, and the kitchen is well-stocked. We will definitely book this place on our next visit.

Cozy stay in the heart of Telluride

This property was just perfect! It had everything we needed to make our stay in Telluride comfortable & cozy. It was just a few blocks away from amazing hikes and waterfalls! The grocery store was also close by, plus restaurants & shops.

We look forward to welcoming you in beautiful Telluride! We kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following simple rules. We try to keep our rules to the bare minimum, but please keep in mind that these rules are firm & we greatly appreciate your cooperation:

1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Please don't bring the party back to the condo. Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am. If we have any late night noise complaints we will have to ask you to leave. And that would be awkward & upsetting for everyone!

2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo, on the deck or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes & marijuana (please know, we can smell it!). $500 fine.

3. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping schedule.

5. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.

Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds.
