Thanks for a lovely stay!
We enjoyed our stay in this quiet, charming little spot. We did a lot of walking, often to Broadway and back. River traffic is fun to watch. Our host was very communicative and helpful. Many thanks for a great stay.

Nice condo!
Property was extremely clean and in a nice quiet location. Downtown was walkable and we also enjoyed the close walk to Germantown for eating. We would stay here again for sure!

Wonderful home away from home
Our Nashville stay was wonderful! The apartment was cozy and homey and clean and just great all around. Communication was prompt. Apartment was close to downtown and easy access to freeways. Would stay there again if traveling to Nashville. Thank you!

Beautiful little place!
This condo felt like it was brand new. It is small, but sleeps 4 as the couch is a pull out bed. Everything was exceptionally clean. It’s within walking distance of downtown Nashville but it was just too hot for us to do it. It is right next to the Cumberland river. The neighborhood is ok. There are some railroad tracks next to the property but it was quiet for the most part. Lots of construction in the area as always in Nashville. We used the pool once. It was nice, but I felt like it could’ve been a bit cleaner. The workout room is not worth visiting as half of the equipment is missing or broken. Everything in the condo worked as it should. The only thing I would add would be a grab bar in the tub/shower. Tub is slippery but we solved the problem by standing on a hand towel in the shower. Overall, would stay here again.

We needed a place in Nashville close to family we were visiting. A pool was a request. This unit fit the bill. Very comfortable all around. Host was readily accessible. Close to all sites. would consider again in future.

Clean place close to downtown! Was walkable from Nissan Stadium and tops tons of cute shops and restaurants. This building seems to have other rental units so be aware that bachelorettes and other party people can be loud.

Condo is perfect!
It was a great location less than 1 mile from Downtown Nashville. The condo kitchen was well stocked with items we used. Comfortable layout. Nicely decorated. Easy to Uber to and from downtown Nashville. Located in Germantown. We enjoyed many of the great restaurants within 3-4 miles of the condo!

Great location. We were about to walk to Nissan Stadium as well as downtown. Condo was very well maintained. Adorable. Quiet. Hosts were very responsive.

Clean, comfortable, good location
Host was very prompt with communication. Unit was very clean and comfortable and just as described. Kitchen had what we needed to prepare breakfast each day. There was a laundry facility on-site but we didn't needed it for our 4 night stay. Great location, we had a free parking space on-site and was able to walk to downtown. It was hot during our stay so the pool was nice, never overcrowded. The unit sits right next to, but below the elevation of a highway bridge, but we never heard the noise of traffic. The complex is much busier on the weekends but was not loud during our stay. If we return to Nashville again we will definitely check availability of this unit first.
