It features 1 bedroom (king bed) with an en suite; fully stocked kitchen; cozy living room (sleeper sofa), dining area with amazing views; and a private balcony overlooking the Cumberland River. Walking distance to Broadway, Nissan Stadium, Sounds Stadium, Farmers Market, Bicentennial Mall, and many more fun attractions! Located on the top level (3rd floor). Please note this is an up and coming neighborhood with construction nearby.

Awesome apartment in a great neighborhood. So many great food spots nearby.Note that the only bathroom is off the bedroom. So if you have anyone sleeping on the pullout couch, they have to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom.

Safe, clean property. Nice view of the river. Can walk to Broadway and Nissan Stadium, about a mile but easy walking. Record player was a nice touch and board games. Only suggestion would to bring extra blankets, there weren't any extra in the condo. Definitely had a great time and stay, great location and price.

Cute and clean apartment with a relaxing patio overlooking the river. Parking was easy and felt safe, and the area was surprisingly close to many things. An easy walk to the baseball stadium or Brooklyn Bowl and many restaurants.

The place was very clean and nice. Easy to walk places and get around. The temperature was not consistent and had a hard time staying to the desired temperature. We stayed for an entire week and felt there should have been more towels and washcloths available. Other than that everything else was great.

Very cute condo right on the river! Lots of attached, covered parking. We were on the third floor and there isn’t an elevator, but the stairs were not bad at all even with our bags. The water pressure was incredible and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. We walked to and from Broadway multiple times over the weekend and it only took about 20ish minutes one way. Would definitely stay here again.

The location it was easy to get to Broadway. You could walk there. It was nice sitting on the deck and looking out over the river and watching the boat go by very comfortable. I would read it again if I went back.

Rockin the river is a great choice! The host is a fantastic, quick communicator and very thorough.Location is absolutely perfect. centrally located and able to get to many locations with a short uber ride or walk if weather permits. Check in process was seamless, everything you need.Is there! It was the perfect space for my husband for our week stay in Nashville. Thanks Denise! We did not use the pool facilities , gym or laundry.So I cannot comment on that area of the complex.

We enjoyed the condo itself but the noise from the construction across the street was awful! It would have been good to know that there was major construction across the way, especially because the bedroom window faces the construction.

Great Location

Property is right on the river with covered parking and sidewalks along the river for the short walk to Broadway. Interior was nicely decorated and very clean. Really liked the included coffee pods for our slow morning starts. The host was very nice and quick to answer our questions. I will definitely stay here again.
