Great space for big families, large main bedroom has king size luxury bed with USB port built into the bed frame. Smart TV, luxury bathrobes. Room is very large with a private door to the covered patio and pool just steps outside.
2nd bedroom has a luxury queen bed with Smart TV, large hall bathroom is shared with third bedroom.
3rd bedroom has adult size bunk beds, Luxury queen mattress on bottom with twin on top, with games for the kids. There is a double air mattress for added guests.
Large great room with very comfortable sectional, 60" smart TV, Kitchen is perfect for family gatherings. Kitchen amenities include kurig, air fryer, blender, baking sheets, mixing bowls, mixer, bbq equipment and much more.
Beautiful brand-new outdoor patio set with umbrella for family dinners.
Very peaceful outdoor pool area, very private with forever views.
Winter pool heat charge may apply.

Perfect escape property! Comfortable with plenty of space and heated pool! Great to have a garage for parking and fantastic sunset view! Nice grocery store nearby made it convenient for us to cook meals and grill out! Great communication from Marcy, the host!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is difficult to find pet friendly houses that are nice and clean. Our friends staying at another VRBO came over and said “wow your house is really nice”! Marcy was very responsive and provided recommendations on pet friendly restaurants in the area. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a place in Lake Havasu to stay here.

The property was very nice and well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. Our host Marcy was wonderful to work with as we did have a couple of contacts with her which she responded too like a champ and fast. The HVAC system needs more circulation? While the main living area can become quite chilly the bedrooms if the doors are closed can become too warm. To offset this, I ran the temperatures up to 81F during the day then down to 75F at night. No Big Deal, just an observation. The Hot Tub cover needs to be cinched very tight, blew off a couple times during the wind storm. If you bring a boat with you, the Garage Driveway is a challenge, no room to maneuver and the driveway is very steep, many are, in this area. All in all we enjoyed our stay, everything was in good working order and clean and a nice view. Thanks!

When we first got there, it looks pretty good. There was a lot of dog hair all over the couch. The shower does not drain correctly. The heater did not work and the homeowner argue with me at first and then after eight hours she called the repair person to come out and they fixed it. The Jacuzzi cover is all rusted out and dirty inside.

Cleaner spent extra time on the couch for cleaning from prior guest. I really don't want to NOT accept pets as many guests like to travel with pets. Shower drain is not clogged, it's sloped and nothing I can do about that, it does drain slow and it is snaked often by my cleaners. I did not argue with you about the power being switched off. We tried to trouble shoot it with my HVAC person. They came out and fixed the problem with in 3 hours. We touched base at 11:00 and they were there by 2:00. I paid $140,00 dollars for an emergency call and it was only a button that needed to be pushed. Hot tub cover is on order. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience and stressed this to you over the phone. I take great pride in my guest experience. I wish you would have discussed with me over the phone the couch issue, drain and hot tub cover personally instead of posting it publicly.

Great spot!!

We had a great stay at this property. The location is excellent—close to everything we needed but still peaceful with a beautiful view of the lake. The heated pool and hot tub were a great bonus, especially for relaxing in the evenings. The house had plenty of space for everyone, with lots of room for the kids to play both inside and out. It was a comfortable and enjoyable spot for our group, and we’d definitely consider staying here again.
