Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The condo was exactly as described; clean, well laid out, and the views from the balcony were exactly what we were hoping for. Check-in was smooth and easy. We did have a couple of maintenance issues during our stay. The refrigerator went out midweek, and while they brought a replacement on Friday afternoon, we were without one for about two days. They offered access to an empty condo’s fridge, which was appreciated, but we did lose some groceries in the meantime. I understand things like that can happen, and they did ultimately make it right.We also had an issue with the dryer vent being clogged, which caused a loud noise when running. Maintenance came and repaired it, and while it took a few hours, it didn’t interfere too much with our plans.Even with those bumps, the condo itself and the view made the stay worthwhile, and we would stay here again.

The dryer was broke all week and we could not do laundry or dry our beach towels.

The place needs some updates - dryer and door would not lock and unlock properly. Service people were kind but it definitely made the stay tough with out a dryer. We left a day early.

Sister's Trip

VRBO did everything right and we appreciated them. The inside of the property itself needs updating though. One bedroom had 2 beds which were so uncomfortable, I could not sleep well every night. Guessing these beds are very old. Furniture was bulky and dark. Expected to have windex to clean stove and counters as we like to keep kitchen clean but nothing like that provided. Livingroom area had no side tables. Instead, 2 large wicker ottomans that you couldn't set anything on. Would have been nice to have more than 2 fobs to enter premises/pool since we had a 3 bedroom unit.

Normally my reviews are always glowing. I can’t say that this time. Overall the unit was a great location. We had issues with the management company. They contacted us 2 weeks prior to our arrival to let us know one of the beds was being supported by a paint can and not to touch it. We figured that they had almost 2 weeks to fix it. They didn’t. The furniture is very worn. You sink when you sit on the sofa. It needs replacing. With this management company you get just what they state. Enough to get by for 24 hrs with dish soap, toilet paper and dishwasher soap. There are no beach towels. 1 bath towel per person. So bring everything you need for your stay. I would even recommend your own kitchen knives as the ones they have are very dull. They do have plenty of appliances. The view is beautiful. The condominium complex is very nice. It would be helpful to have more than 2 key fobs for a 7 person unit. Overall good unit just wished the bed was fixed properly.

We loved the location of the property! Our frustration with our stay is that after paying the price we paid, we were still expected to bring our own extra trash bags (only one was provided per can), extra paper towel, extra toilet paper/Kleenex (no Kleenex was provided), extra dish washer soap (they only provided two tablets, and with a family of six, we certainly had to run the dishwasher more than once. They also requested that we start the dishwasher before we left, so if we hadn’t of brought our own detergent, we wouldn’t have been able to use it for our own personal use while we were there). We also paid a healthy cleaning fee, but the kitchen sink was dirty when we got there, and we were expected to empty all of our trash in addition to doing the dishes before we left. The outdoor pool was nice, but the indoor pool heater was broken and the water was freezing!
